Screw it Shota's gonna jump off a roof. He's just sitting peacefully at his desk while Mic yells the life out of his ears when it happens. Mic asks him something in English. Now you're probably wondering why this is such a big deal. Let's elaborate.

Shota Aizawa has trauma. He's at an intermediate level in English thanks to his parents. But when he got something wrong he gets in trouble. When he gets in trouble he gets hurt. Now this would be fine but Aizawa didn't catch the question as of course his health is acting up. If he didn't hear that means he wasn't paying attention which gets him in trouble.

Now you're correct if you say Aizawa hasn't been with his parents for the last 12- 13 years. But he still has nightmares every night reminding him of how his past will always stick with him. And he knows his parents are free. All it would take is being at the wrong place at the wrong time and he's back in their constant, haunting shadow.

"Could you repeat that?" He asked in English.

He knew Hizashi wouldn't hurt him it was just something that followed him around.

"I asked if you had any chalk." Hizashi repeated.

"Here." Shota said as he handed it to the blond man.

"Thanks Aizawa." Mic asked as he took the chalk from Shota's hand.

Something about Mic not calling him by that stupid nickname made Shota heartache. Is he having heartburn or something? He decided to ignore the feeling and continued typing on his laptop for a moment before feeling his vision thin out.

The effects of not taking any naps was starting to get to him. He felt his head sway as if it were a wheat stalk in the wind. His ears were starting to fail him as his vision dimmed once more. He felt his mouth starting to water and despite losing connection with the world he forced himself up.

The action only made things worse as he walked out the door and into the nearest teacher's lounge. He got in and locked the door having decided to use the bathroom in there to avoid being heard.

He fell onto his knees and heaved into the bowl. He threw up an acid and blood mixture as he hadn't eaten much in a while. The fuck was wrong with his health?

Shota kept going till he was dry heaving. Normally he'd only get these kinds of reactions when he'd woken up from a dream and on the edge of himself or during an immense panic attack (one of which he hasn't had in years) but here he was.

What triggered this? It couldn't have been the lack of sleep during the day as that only makes him black out. Not bothering to further investigate this case, Shota got up and rinsed his mouth before flushing the toilet and leaving.

He felt the world spinning around him as he made his way back to class. He sat down in his chair and leaned back with his eyes closed. Mic was yelling and Bakugou would not take that. Man Shota wants to cry.

He almost did if it wasn't for Todoroki making some comment about both of them going deaf before anyone wins the argument. Bless the kid. In fact Aizawa wanted to take him in and make him his own. Living with Endeavor must be hell, his quirk itself is hellfire not to mention how well it suits his personality.

"So who understands?" Mic asks.

Aizawa opened his eyes to scan the room. The only ones who seemed to even know what Mic asked where looking anywhere but at the board and the ones who did understand were very few. Midoriya (why is that kid everywhere?), Todoroki (I swear Endeavor did that), and Momo. Wait what about Iida?

Poor kid was flipping through the pages like a maniac but couldn't find anything to answer with.

"Man. Even Iida can't grasp English. Good luck Mic, you'll need it."
