Part Three: Chapter Twenty~1

Liam and the cupids were left alone in the room with Camellia. After a few moments, the door reopened. She smiled and introduced the man standing in front of her.

"This is Rayan, he is a good soldier from my reality." Rayan looked at her. "He is also a royal prince." Camellia widened her grin.

"Hello." Rayan extended his hand to shake theirs. "In our reality, I am both a royal prince and a Kuyutha."

Theia's mouth almost dropped open. "No way! you're a real Kuyutha!" Everyone turned to look at her. "Sorry! I've never met one before."

Rayan chuckled. "We don't really belong to one reality; we prefer to remain hidden most of the time, but when Camellia informed me that she needed our assistance, I was summoned here by our elders." He sat across from her. "I'd never met a cupid either."

Theia gave him a sincere smile. "As much as I want for all of us to chat," Rosalia cleared her throat, "I don't think we have enough time."

"I know you can get the girl, but I'm not sure how," Camellia said as she shifted in her chair.

Eleni leaned back and rested her hands on the table. "As cupids, we have access to everyone's love, essentially any kind of love. I'm not going to bore you with how our powers work right now, but long story short, we discovered a tiny point in time where Nadine existed."

Liam appeared unsettled. "What Harut did, mess up the timeline, but we have a way in our core system that records every love." Eleni continued by running her hand through her hair. "The entire reality where Nabil got his powers and he had Nadine also included her falling in love with Liam, and their love was eventually written in our record, but after Harut's action, that whole reality was wiped from existence."

"How are you going to get her if she's wiped out of existence?" Rayan questioned.

"Amazing question! their love does exist in our records." Liam was quiet, staring at Eleni, who was mostly glancing at him while she spoke. "Liam is a goblin; he'll help us bring her back, sort of."

"The existence of any soul has multiple layers along with the physical one. Love is founded on the vital essence of a soul. Their bond had a vestige of both Liam's and Nadine's souls." said Theia.

"That's Ka!" Camellia stated.

"Yes, one of its names," Rosalia replied. "We will bring the exact record of their love, and Liam will have to provide us with some of his essence in order for us to bring her back."

Liam finally spoke after looking around. "I have the ability to manipulate reality, but only for a limited time and space."

"We won't need much time, but some acting will be required," Eleni stated. "We can recreate their memories, and by doing so, Nadine will exist; then we'll bring her out, and I believe the rest will be with Camellia."

"The sword will recognize her, and the bond will eventually happen," Camellia said, nodding. "Will need your help if something bad happens," she said, looking at Rayan.

Rayan noticed Theia opening and closing her mouth and said, "I can't really tell you what my input will be, but I have your back in case something goes wrong."

Rosalia noticed Camellia and Rayan sharing a look. "Is there something you're keeping from us?"

"It's a feeling, not a thing." Camellia shuffled in her chair once again. "As Rayan said, I can't tell you what he can do, but I know for a fact he isn't affected by any of this, so even if the Divines go insane or your plan to get Nadine goes wrong, he will save us."

"Save is such a big word, we don't meddle in your affairs, but to be completely honest with you, I have sensed the same. Hopefully, everything will go smoothly, and you won't need my assistance." Rayan stated. Rosalia locked her gaze on him. "Don't try to read my mind; you'll only get a headache."

She gave a half-smile. "I'm just testing if your people's myth is true." Rayan smiled back. "We must move."

"Where are we going?" Liam asked as they were heading to the door.

"Toour headquarters, the Agápi."
