"Why did you choose that title?" Tanong samin ng isang panel. Nagtinginan kami kung sino yung sasagot.

"Ano nga ulit yung title nyo?"

"Customer Segmentation and Sales Prediction in Customer Services po" Sagot naman ni Jeska.

"Dapat may specific kayo na ilalagay dyan, parang magiging client nyo eh" Suggest ni Ma'am Alvarez. "Pero sige, answer the question muna"

"The title Customer Segmentation and Sales Prediction in Customer Services was chosen to highlight the focus on two key aspects like understanding customer segments for more targeted services and leveraging that information to predict sales outcomes a-and It signifies an intention to enhance customer satisfaction and optimize sales strategies within the context of customer services" Sagot ko. Muntik pa kong mautal ng nakatingin sya ng deretcho sakin habang nagsasalita.

"Maganda yung title nyo, pero i suggest na maglagay kayo ng magiging client nyo, idagdag nyo sya sa title nyo, like mga business" Dagdag ni Ma'am Alvarez.

"What if it's in The Travel Club in Acienda? You can consider them as clients" Sir suggested.

The panelists looked at Sir kai when he said that. They just nodded and then glanced at us.

"Aren't you CS students? How do you plan to connect that with your course and the title you've chosen?" Biglang sabi ni Ms. Acosta.

He looked at Sir kai, but his gaze was fixed on me. I kept shifting my gaze between the panelists.

Nakita ko namang napataas yung kilay ni Jeska ron. Nagpigil naman ako ng tawa at hinawakan ang kamay nya.

"In our title, we'll be collecting data. Since we're in the Computer Science course, it includes Algorithm, which our title features with Algorithm Insights. We'll also be utilizing Data Science Techniques for Customers" I explained. I noticed Sir nodding while I kept my gaze on Ms. Acosta.

"Are you okay with getting clients from The Travel Club, as suggested by Sir Kai?" Tanong samin ni Ma'am Alvarez.

"Yes po Ma'am" Agad na sagot ni Zaira. Crissie laughed at that. It doesn't matter who the client will be, as long as it's approved.

"But shouldn't the client agree first before you finalize the Title? Because you'll be using their sales data, right?"

Nagtinginan naman kami nila Zaira sa sinabi ni Ms. Acosta.

"Yes, Ms. We've already talked to their Manager, and they agreed" Biglang sabi ni Jeska. Tiningan ko sya sa pagsagot nya. Pati na rin kami nila Zaira. Wala kaming Idea sa pagpayag ng magiging client namin pero mas naging maayos naman ito.

"Will you also be able to obtain the ages and genders of the buyers there? Because in your Title about Customer Segmentation, you'll be determining who the frequent buyers are, whether they're Gen Z or adults. So you should make sure you've talked to the manager or the owner" Ms. Acosta said. But she has a point.

"Yes, Ms. I've worked there before for 11 months, so I know their Manager" Jeska responded. Tumango nalang si Ms. Acosta at hindi na nagsalita pa.

"Okay so, kayo any thoughts? Approved na ba to?" Tanong ni Ma'am Alvarez sa ibang Panel. The others nodded and some gave a thumbs up, while Sir kai looked at me and nodded. I couldn't help but smile and look back at him.

"Okay so push nyo yan. Title Approved. See you next year Congratulations" 

Lumabas kami ng faculty na nakangiti at nakahinga na ng maluwag.
