Trigger Warning- Lots of gore!!
☆~♡~☆
When I woke up I wish I stayed asleep, because I woke up to agonizing pain. I would scream, sob, and beg the people who were torturing me by cutting me open...while I was awake! For some reason, I didn't pass out right away, but I did pass out now and then. They did draw blood from me, saying something but I was so out of it that I couldn't react.
"Remarkable! She's the first hybrid child! We must inform the Grand Master Hendrickson!"
My vision was going in and out of focus, as I stared across from me as they chained me to a chair this time and not the bed. The door opened and I saw an older guy step inside, and I knew right away something was wrong with him. Something was invading his body...controlling him like a puppet on a string.
"I was told about the blood results, is it true?"
"Yes, sir. She has both blood of a Demon race AND a Goddess race."
I watch the guy's facial expression morph into a big smirk, he looks at me as I stare at him with a blank look on my face. I was out of it, but I was still able to understand them and see them. The guy leans close to my face, hands on the armchair where my arms lay locked tight.
"You are the catalyst I need. The perfect specimen that fell right into my lap." He straightens up looking at someone. "Make sure you get all you need, and when you get it...store her body in with the other demons."
"B-but sir, she's just a kid--"
"I don't care! She's a hybrid of both races, she's not human."
He leaves the room, as a younger man wearing a lab coat stands in front of me with a needle. I felt nothing but guilt and sadness coming off him.
"Sorry kid...I wish I could do something."
Tears slide down my cheeks, surprising him. I force myself to speak.
"P...please...help..." I choke out.
His eyes soften shaking his head "I-I can't, if I let you go Sir Hendrickson will surely kill me."
"H-help...pl-please..."
"...." He sighs. "I might regret this later, but...this is wrong. You may be a half Demon and half Goddess, but you're still just a kid."
He placed the needle down and started to unhook my restraints from my ankle and wrist which was locked on the chair.
"Okay, we have to move fast. Can you be able to walk?"
I nodded slowly and shakily pushed myself on my feet. But right when I stood, my legs gave out causing me to fall. The guy caught me before I dropped to the floor.
"Easy now. Tch, damn it. That drug really numbed your muscles, sit back down I think I have the potion to get your feeling back in your muscles."
He sits me gently back on the chair, as he looks through a row of potions on the counter. he found it I guess cause he felt happiness hit him. He walks over to me takes the cork off the top and places the tip against my lips.
"Okay, drink this but it's a bit bitter so be warned."
He tipped the bottle while I tipped my head back as I swallowed the bitterest stuff I ever tasted in my life. But I toughed it out, as he tossed it in the trash and I instantly started feeling my muscles again. I let out a sigh of relief.
