Chapter 45

I wake up feeling so satisfied with my sleep and energized. Napatingin ako sa orasan at nakitang mag aalasiyete palang ng umaga, tamang-tama lang.

Maligo na lang muna ako dahil baka mamaya may dumating na naman bigla, I need to look presentable.

Afterwhich, I looked at myself in the mirror again and caressed my belly. It's definitely getting bigger at kung magtatagal pa kami dito ay mag papacheck-up na ako.

I wore my light blue floral sleeveless dress that reached my mid thigh and went out. Simula ng nabuntis ako halos hindi na ako nagsuot ng mga maong short o pantalon. I wore dresses all throughout o kaya naman ay mga de garterize na pambahay na cotton shorts.

"You look blooming today!" Ervine exclaimed as he looked at me from head to toe.

Napatingin rin si Joaquin sa akin na kasalukuyang nagkakape, they already finished eating at ako na ang nahuli.

I took my seat and Ate Myrna quickly handed me my breakfast.

"Mas lalo ka atang gumaganda sa pagbubuntis." Ate Myrna commented.

Ngumiti ako but Ervine laughed. "Mas maganda pa sana kung merong dilig. Sex can make anyone glow."

And they all laughed, even Ate Myrna. Namula namna ng husto ng pisngi ko.

"Ano na Nikah, kapitbahay na natin ang magdidilig sayo? Tatawagin ko na ba?" Ervine added more and I looked at him piercingly while my cheeks were heating up so bad.

"Shut up, Ervine!" I shouted, feeling so embarrassed.

Then our doorbell rang. Akmang tatayo ulit ako ng mapagtanto na baka mas lalo nila akong kantyawan.

"Oh! Nandiyan na didilig kay Nikah!" Ervine exclaimed while now standing and looking at me teasingly.

"Ako na sasalubong sa kanya, huwag kang masyadong excited, okay?" He then walked out in the dining area and went outside hurriedly.

Napasimangot ako. I looked at Joaquin who is now quite fine, I guessed? His wounds are now healed but the scars are definitely there.

But wait...is he and El already cool or what? He seem unbothered with El's presence.

"Okay na kayo ni El?" I curiously asked.

He nodded at me. "Yeah and he just invested in the company." 

Nanlaki ang mata ko sa kanya. He just invested with Ervine's company and now this? Is he planning something? He must be!

"Kailan pa?" Gulat kong tanong.

He drank his coffee. "The other day, and we already talked and set aside our issues so we are now fine." He casually stated.

Oh wow! I wish it were that simple for me too. But something is really fishy out here.

"Is she awake?" Kaagad akong napaayos ng upo ng marinig ko ang pamilyar na boses na palapit sa kusina.

"Yes. Kanina ka pa nga niya hinihintay." Then Ervine chuckled.

"No, I'm not!" Sigaw ko at sakto namang nasa hapag kainan na sila.

Tumalim ang tingin ko sa dalawang kapapasok lang. The heck is Ervine saying.

"And her mood swings are really bad, I think she needs some sex." Walang filter na komento ni Ervine.

Halos may lumabas na usok sa akin sa sobrang pamumula ng mukha ko. What is he even saying? I am not horny, I am not craving for sex!

Ervine and Joaquin chuckled while I remained shocked with their choice of words. Gusto ko na lang lamunin ng lupa sa kahihiyan na nararamdaman.

"We'll go out first, para naman hindi kami makadisturbo."
