4- Never Have I Ever

AUTHOR'S POV;

"Yoooo, Jay." "What's up, Jake," Jay dabbed up his friend, welcoming him in. The rest of his friends followed him, Sunoo, Riki, Sunghoon, and Jungwon. "Free house today?" Jake asked with a sly look. "Yes, BUT no one is trashing the place," you answered before anyone got the chance to speak.

Jay rolled his eyes, "Yeah, yeah, yeah, how about you just go up to your room for the next 5,6 hours." "PFT, as if I'll let SEVEN boys roam the house freely," you shot back.

"I can watch them with you and have fun!" Jungwon exclaimed with a big smile. You took a moment to think and flashed a big smile, "Fine, fine, but let me in the food too."

"Never have I ever got wasted at a party."

Jay put a finger down. Jake did as well and Heeseung followed. All eyes went to you as you slowly put a finger down. You saw Heeseung shooting a smirk at you. You just knew he was referring to that night.

"Woah, Sunghoon never got wasted?!" "I'm just THAT responsible," Sunghoon replied to Sunoo with a big smile. "Jungwon, Sunoo, and Riki are well-behaved I see," you chuckle. "Wait until they turn legal and are able to drink," Jay snorted.

"Never have I ever.... had a one-night stand." You suddenly froze at Jake's words, debating if you should put a finger down or not. You saw Jake, Jay, and Heeseung put a finger down.

"Uh... I gotta go pee, it's an emergency," you suddenly said and ran to the bathroom. "She was definitely trying to avoid that," Riki giggled.

You waited after another round of the game until you walked back out. "Hey guys, what did I miss?" you asked, trying not to sound dumb. "Nothing much," Sunoo replied. "How about... we watch a movie to end the night?" Jungwon suggested.

Everyone nodded at the idea and turned on the TV. "I'll grab the snacks." "I'll help," Heeseung said after you and got up, following you to the pantry.

You grabbed a bunch of snacks, gathering all of them in your arms. You saw packages of popcorn on the top shelf of the pantry and tippy-toed, trying to reach them. Your attempts went in vain. Every stretch in your fingers was not able to stretch any farther. You huffed, getting back on your feet.

"Need some help there?"

Your head turned around, seeing Heeseung lean against the door frame of the pantry room. "Uh... Yeah... Thanks..." you replied, moving out of the way for him to easily grab the popcorn packages.

"I'll bring them in the kitchen and microwave them, you can set up the other snacks." You muttered a "thank you" and headed out.

"So... what movie are we watching? Horror?" "NO WAY," Jake shouted at Riki's suggestion. "Oh come on, don't be a wussy," Jay snorted. "Fine... but everyone must sit close together so no monster can creep on us," Jake huffed, claiming his spot on the couch.

You easily claimed your spot next to Sunoo. You were about to call Riki to come sit on the other side next to you, but Heeseung sat down before you even got to call Riki.

"You don't mind if I sit here, do you?" Heeseung asked, flashing a smile. "Uh... No.." you replied, looking away from him before his sweet smile caught you. "Alright, cool." Heeseung got comfy, sitting close to you.

You tried to ignore him, keeping your eyes on the screen. "OH MY– GOD," Jake screamed the moment the jumpscare appeared. You jumped in your seat, snuggling against Sunoo out of fear.

Or was it Sunoo...

"You can let go now, that's if you want to."

Your head turned to the left, face turning red. You let go of Heesung's sleeve and avoided eye contact with him. Saying you're embarrassed was an understatement. "S-Sorry..." You heard him chuckle, making you feel more embarrassed.

The movie soon ended. Everyone was yawning, feeling tired. You checked the clock, reading 12:44 AM. "You guys sleeping over, right? It's pretty late," you heard Jay say. The boys nodded, stretching their limbs. "We have 3 guest rooms so you guys can split up." "Damn, rich ass." You giggled at Jake's words.

"Tch... what's so funny," Heeseung quietly muttered under his breath. "You said something?" you asked. Heeseung looked away, causing you to raise your eyebrow in confusion.

"Alright everyone, go wash up and head to bed. We are gonna go out tomorrow," Jay announced. "Where are we going?" you asked your older brother. "A surprise," he said, winking.

You rolled your eyes, getting up from the couch. "It better not be anything lame." "Oh tomorrow will be far from lame," Jay replied to you with a big smile, running up to his room.

– THE NEXT MORNING: 8:00 AM –

"IS EVERYONE READY TO GO?" you hear Jay yell from downstairs. "Looks like everyone is here," Jay said as he scanned the living room. "Y/n isn't here." "Oh, of course, she isn't down already," Jay replied to Heeseung.

"I'm here, geez," you glared at Jay, running down the stairs. Everyone double-checked if they were ready to go before heading out to the car.

"There you are, I knew someone was missing," you hear Heeseung say as he walks beside you. You gave him a look.

"I didn't know you were so attentive, Lee." "I'm always attentive, especially when it comes to you, Little Park," He smirks before getting in the passenger seat.

You quietly made your way into the back seat of your parent's van, still flustered by Heeseung's words.

"We are so lucky your parents didn't take the van for their trip or else we would have needed to go in two separate cars," Sunghoon says, getting in the middle seats with you and Jake. Jungwon, Riki, and Sunoo sat in the back row while Jay took the responsibility of driving.

"You better get us to our destination safely, Jay," Jake joked. "Hey, put some trust in me Jaeyun-ah, I can drive all eight of us safely."

"Nuh-uh, we gotta ask Y/n for reassurance." Jay rolled his eyes at Jake's words. "Hey Y/n, has Jay ever gotten close to crashing his car, just asking for our safety."

You giggled at Sunoo's words. "Hmm, well, this one time, he ALMOST crashed into another car because he was busy looking anywhere else but the road."

"Yeah we are so done for," Jungwon declared. "Fine, I will pay you all your medical bills if we get in a car crash, deal?" "I've got no problem with that, this guy's rich," Riki chimed.

"Where are we going anyway," you asked your brother again as he started the engine. "That will be a surprise, wait until we get there." You groaned at your older brother's response.

"Take a nap if you feel tired, I'll wake you up when we get there," Jake says making you give Jake a sweet smile.
