I woke up early and finished packing my bag. Being quiet I didn't wake Nathan. But.. he ended up waking up anyways no matter how hard I tried to be quiet. I sat down at my desk and looked up to see Nathan looking at me.

Nathan sat up in bed as I sat at the edge of my bed. Picking up my phone beside me I double checked my checklist and made sure I packed everything. It was not event that long of a drive to Brick. Only two hours. I looked up from my phone and saw Nathan staring at me.
" What? Did I forget something?" I asked as I looked at the suitcase and my helmet and goggles sitting next to my bag.

Nathan gets out of bed and walks to his dresser and opened it. Pulling out a box of condoms he tosses it to me.

I shoved the condoms into the front of the suitcase before heading downstairs. I headed to the kitchen and grabbed two Starbucks tumblers and added ice to them. Heading over I poured some milk and coffee into both of them.

I roll my eyes and look behind me. Isaac was sitting at the table eating some toast.

I put my luggage into the back of the car and drove off to Madis house. Walking up to the front door I could hear christmas music from inside. I smile. Looking down I rang the doorbell. Madi came opening the door holding her scarf in hand.
" Come in out of the cold" she says pulling my sleeve to get inside.
I step inside and shut the door behind me. The house smelled like cookies. I smile as I followed Madi in the kitchen where her mom was making fresh sugar cookies and oatmeal raisin.
" Those smell wonderful" I said
" Oh thank you darling. I am making them as a thank you gift for your family for having us over the other night. We loved having dinner with you. " Ms.Edwards said
" Oh thank you. I will let my mom know you will be stopping by " I said
" Here I put some aside for you and Muffin to have on the drive up to breck" Ms.Edwards said
" Thank you so much. " I said
" You all set to go muffin? " she asks madi
" Yea I am all ready. My snowboard is already outside the front door. " Madi says
" Text me when you get to breck" she says
" I will dont worry " Madi says
" have a wonderful time both of you. " Ms. Edwards said
" Thank you" I said

Once Madi and I were checked in we headed up to our room. The room was big and nice. I had no idea we were sharing a bed though till a few moments ago. Madi did not seem to mind. We set our stuff down.Madi headed to the window and looked out. You could see peak 8 and everyone heading down the slops.
" Tommrow is going to be fantastic" I said
" I cant thank you enough for this Alex. " Madi says as she turns to face me.

I walk towards Madi as I reach out for her hand. I pull her close to me causing me to stumble back to the bed. I laugh for a moment before looking into those beautiful eyes of hers.
