" I can't be friends with Kiyle anymore " Alex tells me as we sit at the edge of his bed.
I squeezed his hand as we sat listening to some music. I could hear Alex's phone buzzing beside us on the nightstand. I look over as he shrugs.
" I bet it's Kiyle" Alex says
" probably " I said.
" I'm sorry I messed up the party for you" Alex said
" don't worry. You didn't I wasn't having fun " I said
I lean over giving Alex a kiss.
" I love you " I said
" I love you too" Alex says smiling at me
My phone buzzes on my lap. Hitting the lock screen I saw a message from my mom. I got up and Alex walked me to my car. We walked down stairs and I put on my jacket. Alex opens the door and the cold air hits us.
" I'm happy it isn't snowing" I said joking
" same. " Alex said
Alex walks me to my car. We stand at my car for a moment before I got in. I gave Alex a hug. I always have to get up on my tiptoes since he's a little taller than me.
" I love how you always get on your tiptoes " Alex tells me
I start to blush really big. I give him a kiss before getting in my car. I make sure Alex gets back inside before I drive away. I put on some Olivia Rodrigo as I start to drive home. The roads were not as bad as I thought they were gonna be at 11:11pm.
" make a wish" I said to myself.
I stop at a stoplight and make a wish super quick before the time changed. I fished driving home and parked. I sat in my car to listen to the end of my song before getting out.
Once in my room I changed into my tshirt I stole from Alex well... ok stole is the wrong word. Borrowing from Alex and shorts. I turned off my overhead light before crawling into bed and opening up my computer. 11:40 the time read. I logged in and went to Netflix to finish my tv show I started the other day. I heard my phone buzz beside me. I look and saw it was from Alex.
