I woke up to a knock at the door. Rolling over in bed I look at the time 830am. my phone read. I shoved the covers off me and got out of bed. I realised now what shirt Alex had landed me for the evening. It was a Star Wars shirt I have loved for three years now. I always teased him one day I would take it. I walked to the door and opened it. Alex was standing in the doorway holding a class of water.
" Good morning " I said as I walk back into the room
" Good morning. You feeling any better?" Alex asks
" Just got a hangover. Is it okay if I hang here a little bit before heading home?" I ask
" You are always welcome" Alex says
Alex hands me the water as we sit back down on the bed. The sun was shining through the window. The sun made the snow sparkle. I took a sip of my water and placed the glass on the nightstand beside me.
" Hey.. im sorry about last night... and the kiss" I said
" It's okay. Really" Alex says
I softly smile again. I look down as I realise our hands were almost touching. I inch my hand forward and held his hand. his hands were cold from the glass of water. I looked down and noticed Alex's faint lines in hushed wrist. I slowly move my finger across them then squeezing his hand. Looking up I saw Alex was looking at me with those beautiful brown eyes.
" I'm okay don't worry" Alex said
I smile again at him.
" I know. Just making sure" I said
" Umm Kiyle is coming over for breakfast. She is super exited to hang out with you" Alex said
" I would love that. umm can I borrow the shirt for the day? " I ask
" Keep it. " Alex tells me
" You sure? " I asked shocked
" Yes im sure. You love that shirt. " Alex says
" Thanks love" I said
Alex leans over and gives me a kiss on the forehead.
" I will let you get chan ged. Come down when you are ready" Alex tells me
" Thank you... for everything " I said
Alex gets up and leaves the guys room. I sit on the bed for a moment thinking about what just happened. I leaned over and grabbed my phone. Opening it up I texted my mom I was going to stay here for breakfast then head home. Mom and I were gonna go ice skating this afternoon. I got up and saw Alex moved my bag I brought to get ready into the guest room. He did that last night when he was getting the tshirt. I think? I don't remember what happened last night. I opened my bag and grabbed my leggings. I dug around in the bag looking for a bra. after realising I didn't bring one I changed into the leggings.
