A FEW WEEKS LATER

Harper laid on her bed, facing the ceiling. She was alone and she was bored. All she could think about was what happened at the hospital. Her eyes were purple. She's never seen the color purple come out of her hands or her eyes.

She would go to Dr. Strange but he's been MIA. She would send texts, letters, or even go to The Sanctum Sanctorum and no answer, so she left it alone.

Wanda was her next option but, she felt bad about what she said to her about Vision and couldn't bear to face her again. So Harper was alone on this, she had to figure out by herself and by now, She was used to it.

The black haired girl sat up, putting a cup in front of her. She lifted her hand up, blasting it. Blue. The color was her normal color.

Harper tried again and again, and again. Nothing. It was normal. The girl was starting to get frustrated. She just wanted to figure out what was going on in her body.

Harper groaned as she ran out of cups. "Great. Normal color and I have no more cups." She said, grabbing her coat and putting it on. As the girl grabbed her keys, she looked over to see a picture of her and Peter. Harper sighed, taking it down and putting it into the boxes she had around.

She hasn't talked to Peter either, she's seen him around— well she's seen Spider-Man around. They haven't any contact since the hospital and Harper was ready to move on.

The girl soon broke out of her thoughts and grabbed her keys. She left her apartment making her way to the grocery store.

Harper was in the silverware aisle, looking for plastic cups and a couple other things. As she walked down the aisle picking up some things she needed, she decided to go down almost every aisle and find cute stuff she could buy.

As she went down an aisle, she saw him. Peter Parker. She was hoping she could go down the aisle without him noticing but he had already saw her.

"Harper?" Peter asked, walking up to the girl. Harper quickly cleared her throat and put on a smile. "Hey Parker. How's it going? How's May?" Harper replied.

"It's good. She's good. What are you doing here?" Peter looked in Harpers cart to see it kind of full. "Uhm— well I came for more cups but as you can see it turned into something more." She said, looking down at her cart.

"Ahh, well. It's nice to see you. I know I haven't reached out but—" Harper put a hand out, cutting Peter off. "I don't wanna talk about it. So please.. don't." Peter just nodded.
