Chapter 21: Apollo

Oh my god the day he asked me to prom i swear i could have passed out!
We hung out the rest of the day and i laid in between his legs on the bed under the duvet as we watched a movie.
"Apollo?" He asked as he played with my hair.
"Mhm?"
"Why did you say yes?"
I sat up and looked at him, a soft smile tugging at my lips.
"In all honesty i've liked you for a while.. we are more than halfway through the school year and i guess i started liking you around the 5 month mark.." I said.
"Oh okay." He looked back at the TV, focused on the blue light of the screen.
I came closer to him.
"Erebus?" I asked quietly.
"Mhm?" He looked at me and i kissed him, my hands on each side of him as he kissed me back.
I'll tell you right now i've wanted to do this for ages i guess i just didn't admit it.. We kissed earlier but each time was amazing.
I pulled away and wrapped my arms around him, my head on his chest as we watched the movie and he played with my hair.
"Apollo?" He asked again.
"Mhm?"
"I forgot to ask you one more question.."
I didn't look at him as i kept my eyes on the screen, "What is it?"
"Would you be my boyfriend?" He asked, his voice gentle and quiet.
I laughed a bit, snuggling into his chest.
"What's so funny hm?" He asked, his voice flirty.
I sat up and looked at him with a small smile, "Two kisses and now you ask that?" i laugh.
He kissed me and pulled away quickly.
"Make that three." He said with a smile.
I laughed and hugged him, "Yes i'll be your boyfriend.." i said quietly.
"Ain't that nice.." he said as he placed his hand on my head.
We ended up falling asleep, i woke up to an alarm around 6:30.
"Mnnngg.." I yawned and opened my eyes, looking around and seeing him.
"Wake up.." I said groggily and i tapped his cheek with my hand.
"I'm up i'm up.." he rubbed his eyes and looked at me, our light glowing faintly in the dark.
"What are you doing here?" He joked.
"Man i just broke in yknow?" i laughed tiredly.
I kissed his cheek and stood up and stretched.
"Want some of my clothes?" He asked.
"If you don't mind.. i didn't plan to stay over last night.."
After he got dressed in the closet, he handed me a shirt, some jeans, and a belt (the jeans were too big for my waist) and i got dressed.
"Can i have a jacket or something?" I asked as i folded my previous clothing and made his bed.
"That isn't an excuse to have one of my hoodies is it?" He asked with a tired smile.
"It'd be nice to have one of yours but in all seriousness it's freezing out there!"
"True." He said as he handed me one of his varsity jackets. It was red and green, it had a few patches and it read his first name in big letters and last name in small letters.
"Galacia?" i asked out loud.
"Yeah" he chuckled.
"What kind of comic book last name is that?" I said with a smile.
He shrugged and placed his hand on my arm, kissing my forehead and grabbing his phone and bag. Luckily i had brought my bag just in case.
"Lets go.." He said in a yawn.
"Mhm! We have time to stop at starbucks!"
"You got your wallet?" he joked.
I took it seriously and pulled my wallet out, counting my dollars.
"203" I said and placed it back in my pocket.
"I was joking.." He said.
"Oh!" I laughed it off and left with him.
We got to school in time with our starbucks and i noticed the two people looking at us again.
He looked at me and kissed my cheek.
I laughed, "Is it just that you've been waiting forever to do that or..?"
He smiled and pet my head, "Actually, yes."
I smiled and leaned on his arm for a moment before walking into school with him.
I waved by and got to my first class.
This would be a new era of love i never thought i'd be in.
