Shubman was sitting alone at one corner of the bus as the other members were enjoying. He was lost deep into his thoughts at the point were he forgot that there are other people around him. It was as if he was in his own dreamland which seemed beautiful than the real world. "Shubman itne der se kya soch raha hai?" He was startled by the sudden voice of Virat "ah.. kuch nahi" "ab bol bhi de kya hua? Is it something between you and Ishu?" Shubman was silent it was indeed a matter between them "well Bhai you see.. we are been dating for almost 5 months now but whenever we go out on a date he doesn't seems that happy the way I want to see him. He likes all our day outs and even reassures me how good the day was but... something Always seems missing in those eyes of his. *sigh* do you think his feelings started to fade away?"
Virat was silent was a moment and then busted out laughing to the point he couldn't breathe. Shubman just looked at him confused but was silent regretting why he told something like that to him. After a bit Virat was catching his breath as he tried to speak. "What do you guys do on your dates?" "Usually we go at fancy restaurants and then sometimes it's amusement park or at some mall shopping around later on we end up in the cafe and then back at our house. But most of the time fans ends up interrupting us" "I-I bruh today's generation" "huh Bhai?" "Haha I remember during my time I used to go on simple dates" "isliye gf nahi banti thi" Rohit who was hearing their conversation from so long decided to speak up. A smile spread across Shubman's face. Rest of the players who witnessed his low energy was shocked to see the change.
Soon it was night and everyone was at their own rooms. As always ishan was searching his whole room for his favourite shirt. "Shubi tune meri woh shirt dekhi hai?" "Konsi?" He couldn't control his laugh seeing his lilliput whine and making deals to him. "Only if you agree to go on a date tomorrow" "huh date tomorrow it's sudden" "ha I know. Ishu wear kurta alright?" "Kurta? Ah okay".
Morning arose making the two young males excited for their date to begin. Ishan got ready before gill woke up. For some reason ishan was really excited for this date even tho he knew they gonna do what the do everytime but this time it was different. Finally Shubman woke up a bit nervous and excited at the same time. He recited everything that Rohit and Virat told him.
"Ishu chal ab" "ha aa Raha hu" Shubman was on his phone texting the two older males and keeping them updated when his eyes fell on ishan. He was wearing black kurta and for some reason he was looking more cute which made taller boy heart flutter making him go red as if he was burning. "Kya hua?" A concerned voice brought him back "ah.. k-kuch nahi chal ab". It wasn't a long drive soon their car was infront of a temple. Ishan was confused they never went to temple before but he remained silent. They went in seeking blessings of the god as one pandit's eyes saw them he smiled to himself looking at the godness before him and asking her to keep this pair together for eternity.
They were over soon. It felt like a dream for ishan. Soon his eyes fell on the nearby chai theka he looked at Shubman who was texting someone. Ishan wanted to have his chai over there but thinking Shubman won't agree he decided to forget that but little did the younger male knew his bf had already seen the stars glow in his lovers eyes as he saw that chai theka. There was a comfortable silence in the car both enjoying eachothers company without exchange of words. "Wow-" ishan who was starring at his lover looked at the direction shub was looking making ishan gasp. "Woah i didn't expected it to be this big" "Me too".
Morning turned into night time escaped without them noticing. They saw the whole city glowing in the light from from the above ferris wheel. Time was running fast. Especially now that they were walking holding eachothers hands as if their life depends on it. Eating gola and watching starts in the clear sky.
They were enjoying their mini me time when two girls seemed to notice those two love birds. "Leah is that Shubman?" A question was shoot by a young girl who kept on looking at them "yea I suppose" "wait let me go and get his autograph" Sara who was about to run towards Shubman got pulled back by her friend who was just silent. "Don't interrupt their date" with that Leah was seen dragging the younger female towards the other side of the fair.
"Thank you" Shubman who was watching the starts looked at him "why?" "For today this was the best day of my life all thanks to you" "just thanks?" Ishan looked visibly confused "huh?". Taking matters in his own hands Shubman pulled ishan towards him. There was hardly any distance left between their lips. "Ishan I love-" before Shubman could continue his mouth was shut by ishans lips.
