After that day, Mia decided she needed time away.
Luckily they were around a holiday, and Mia had already had her class work online.
When Dr. Banner discharged Mia the next day, making sure she understood the importance of taking her vitamins, Mia walked upstairs to her room and started packing.
"FRIDAY." She sighed.
"Yes Miss Stark." Came the AI reply.
"I'm leaving. Please don't inform anyone I have gone." Mia ordered.
"Yes Miss Stark. What am I to say?"
"If anyone asks, including my dad, you know my schedule." Mia said as she focused on packing.
"Okay Miss Stark." FRIDAY said.
"Thank you." Mia said. She finished packing most of her stuff, slung the bag over her shoulder and high tailed it out of the tower.
She had to be careful, knowing she was in an entire compound full of superheroes, who would most definitely would question why she had her bags.
So she opted for the outside escape, it'd be longer but less likely to get caught.
She exited her room through her balcony. And down the stairs.
She ran through the yard to the garage. She quickly got into the garage and saw the lights were off signaling it was safe.
She ran to her car, unlocking it and threw her bags into the passenger seat.
Opening the garage door, she quickly backed out and drove down the long road.
Unbeknownst to Mia, the garage door opening alerted Tony.
He pulled up the security footage and watched her leave, he was confused. Since she'd just gotten discharged yesterday, as to why she'd leave.
He phoned her, but it went to voicemail.
"FRIDAY. Where did Mia go?" Tony asks.
"I do not know Mister Stark."
