After the room search, Mia hung up with her father and did everything he'd told her to do.

Bucky found her sitting on the bed with her laptop in front of her, typing away with all his copies of the case surrounded her.

"What are you doing?" He asked.

"Shut the door!" Mia shushed him.

Bucky did. "Did you just shush me?"

Mia nods. "I did. But look what I found!"

Bucky goes over to the bed and looks. "Mia. I refuse to believe a 16 year old kid is capable of this."

"Bucky look! There was red paint written above the body that said die, I found a can of used red paint in his room, and it says she did die of an air embolism, he has a ice pick!" Mia tried to convince him.

Bucky shook his head. "Yeah. It suspicious, but come on Mia."

Mia shook her head. "Why don't you believe me?"

Bucky sighed. "Because the police have named your mother as a person of interest in the case."

Mia was shocked. "What?"

Bucky nods. "The theory at the moment, is that your moms empty nest syndrome, which caused them to foster Michael, is evading into a mental illness. They think that Michael and Victoria has something going on. Can't be sure, because Victoria is dead and Michael isn't talking. So they can't be sure, they think Michael and Victoria has a developing relationship, and your mom didn't like it."

"What did you say? You defended my mom right?" Mia asked.

Bucky sighed. "Mia. I have to look at every possibility also. John could even be a suspect after some investigating."

"Bucky. I know in my heart that Michael is guilty." She begged.

Bucky and Mia shared a look, as Bucky searches her eyes, after a moment he spoke.

"Alright. Fine. I'll go with your gut on this. But I want you to carry this on you at all times, just in case something happens." Bucky walked over to his suit case in the corner and pulled something out.

"What is that?" Mia asked with a brow raised.

"It's a little glove. Kinda similar to Iron Man's glove. It's got a very tiny arc reactor in it. You can use it to protect yourself and it's kinda stylish, according to Tony." Bucky explained.

Mia rolled her eyes, but she grabbed the glove and placed it on her right hand. It was fingerless, so her father was right about it being stylish, and small enough for no one to realize it was a weapon and not a fashion statement piece.

"Looks good on you." Bucky smirked.

Mia laughed as she jumped into his arms and kissed him, wrapping her arms around his neck, as his wound around her waist.
