CAPTAIN AMERICA
I've seen lots of Captain America shield cakes and cookies so here's something a little different.

STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE
(Captain America shield version)
-Make as usual.
For those of you who don't know how to make a simple strawberry shortcake:
{Put strawberries and whipped cream on a biscuit/some sort of cake. You can layer it if you want by cutting the biscuit in half and putting stuff in between like a sandwich, then some more on top.}
-On top: shield design= blueberries (inside ring) and strawberries (outer ring). (See photo)

LAYERED DRINK
(Captain America version- the same as a Fourth of July drink but call it what you want)
Layer drinks that are red, white & blue with some ice. Filling the cup equally with each colour.
Fill by sugar content with the most going on the bottom.
"You can layer drinks in any way you like- the secret is in the sugar content. This works well for red, white, and blue but you can really do this with any color combination. The other secret to success with layered drinks is plenty of ice. After you add your bottom layer fill the glass to the top with ice and pour the second layer slowly and directly on top of an ice cube." inkatrinaskitchen

WINNIE THE POOH
(I'm adding this in here because it's awesome, anyway.)
HUNNY POTS!!!
[This is more difficult, so please see
https://www.sugarhero.com/chocolate-hunny-pots-with-honey-mousse/ for the complete recipe post.]
You need:
-dark chocolate candy coating
-light chocolate candy coating
-small round water balloons
-white chocolate candy coating

1. Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds. Set it aside, stirring occasionally, until it is barely warm so it does not burst the balloons.
2. Blow up the balloons. Your hunny pots will be about the size of the bottom half of the balloon.
3. Cover a baking sheet with waxed paper. Holding a balloon by the knot at the top, dip it into the barely warm chocolate candy coating. Remove and let excess drip, then place it down on the prepared baking sheet.
4. Repeat the previous step for as many balloons as you would like. Refrigerate the tray to set the coating, for about 30 minutes.
5. Once the coating is set, grip a balloon below the knot and cut a small hole in the balloon above your fingers. Slowly and steadily let the air out, controlling it with your grip. Too fast and the bowl will crack. Once most of the air is out, hold it by the bottom and gently pull the balloon from the inside.
6. You can fill your pot with actual honey, mousse, candy or whatever you would like. (Just remember it's made out of chocolate and it's to eat.)

OPTIONAL:
-melt the light chocolate and dip the top of the bowl to make a rim
-melt the the white chocolate and put into a piping bag to put the word 'HUNNY' on the front of the bowl

RANDOM
GIANT GUMMY BEARS Willy Wonka inspired
(it's too awesome not to share with you)
INGREDIENTS
-85g box of Jello (your choice of flavour)
-8-9 tbsp of gelatine
-1.25 to 1.5 cups of water
-3 tbsp white sugar
(You'll also need a giant/large sized bear mould)

1. In a small saucepan, mix the ingredients together. Turn on the heat on low, and stir until the mixture has lost its 'grittiness' (usually just a few minutes). Don't let it start to bubble or boil, as it'll turn the mixture from transparent to solid when poured into the mould.
2. Turn the heat off and let it sit until steam has stopped rising off the surface. Give it a stir from time to time. It won't start to solidify, so it's best to let some heat off of the mixture.
3. Get your bear mould ready (FYI: you don't need to spray the mould, it pops out easily), placed in a plastic container or on a plate, and clear a space in your freezer.
4. Pour the mixture into the mould, move quick and pop into the freezer.
5. Check in about 10-15 minutes, it should be mostly hardened. If not quite there, check every minute until it's firm. You also won't want to let it sit in the freezer, as it'll make the gummy mixture go weird.
6. Pull out of the freezer and undo from mould.
