"Sarah!" Scarlett exclaimed, running up to her sister and engulfing her in a huge hug. She found Sarah standing in the grass of the Chateau, staring out at the water.
"Star." Sarah breathed out, hugging her sister tightly.
"Where's John B? I thought you guys were together?" She questioned as she pulled away from the hug.
"I don't know. We split up earlier. I'm just waiting now. If he leaves without me I will never forgive him." Sarah shook her head and bit her lip, staring out at the water again.
Scarlett just lowered her head slightly, still not over the fact that she wouldn't be able to talk or see her twin sister every day. Losing her best friend was going to be a big adjustment, even though it was only temporary.
"I think that's John B." Sarah let out an airy laugh and grabbed Scarlett's hand. The twins began sprinting down the pier.
"John B!" Sarah called out in hopes of gaining the boy's attention. "John B. Wait!"
The twins watched as John B steered the boat towards them, causing both of them to let out a relieved sigh.
"Hey. What are you doing? I didn't think you were coming. You weren't at the dock." John B spoke to the girl as she climbed onto the boat and cupped his face in her hands.
"You were just gonna leave without saying goodbye?" Sarah questioned, bringing the boy into a passionate kiss. "Don't ever leave me again," Sarah told him as they pulled away from each other.
Tears welled up in Scarlett's eyes as Sarah turned to face her.
Scarlett hopped on the boat and tackled her sister into a hug. "I'm gonna miss you so much." She muttered into Sarah's shoulder as tears escaped her eyes.
"Wait." Sarah pulled away from the hug. "Why don't you come with? It's too dangerous for you to stay here, Star." The girl suggested.
"What?" Scarlett furrowed her brows at Sarah and then at John B. "I know it's dangerous for me here, but JJ is gonna need me. We need to be there for each other." She explained to them.
"Scarlett, I know you love JJ, okay? But you need to do what is best for you. For once, put yourself first. It's too dangerous for you to stay here. Ward is going to find you at some point." John B spoke and Scarlett shut her eyes as she thought about it.
"I know it's dangerous, but JJ needs me. I Need JJ." The blonde girl argued with them. She wanted to go. She wanted to get off of the island and not have to fear her father or her brother, but she knew that JJ would need her.
"I need you," Sarah spoke up, tears welling in her eyes as she did so. "I need my sister."
Scarlett thought for a moment. "Fuck." She breathed out, running her hands over her face. "Start the boat before I change my mind, JB."
