5 months later

Lexi's POV

I watched kids play in the backyard of the pack house. Soon enough my son will be running along with them in a couple years. Everyone seemed at peace and happy.

That night when we told Demetri he immediately locked Korza in the cells. Kyle couldn't even look at him let alone visit him. He was outraged that his little brother would go to the lengths of risking my life for his selfish needs. When I went to visit him I cried watching him yell at me in anger trying to grab me through the bars. No matter what his intentions were I still have a little piece in my heart that still loves him as a brother. I would visit him twice a month ignoring the glares he would send me.

And with Marcus, well we planned ahead of him and ambushed his territory. Some of his people were sparred and joined another clan wanting no part in Marcus's plans. The rest who were on Marcus's side were killed on sight along with the witch Claire. During the invasion Marcus tried to flee the territory but was stopped and killed by Demetri. I watched my brother die that day and felt no pity for him.

I wished things were different and that Korza would still be happy with us and that I would meet my long lost brother in a different situation. But they were blinded by anger and power.

I sighed greatful that there is no sign of danger right now and that I can raise my son in peace.

"Hey there you are."

I turned to the voice to see Becca with a hand on her big belly. Yes she is pregnant too and 1 month behind me.

"Where's Ria?" I asked as she sat next to me on the chair.

"She's gone with Vince to meet his grandma. They are such cuties together!" She gushed and I agreed.
They were two puppies in love joined at the hip every second of the day.

"Where are the boys? I haven't seen them in awhile." I asked curiously.

"Max said they were just going to pick up some boxes."

I smelt Caden's scent before I saw him. Caden and Joe carried two boxes each and placed them in front of us.

"What's in the boxes?" I asked.

They opened them and pulled out baby clothes, toys, bags etc. The look on Cadens face made me smile. He looked so excited that you would never expect from a powerful Alpha. The stuff he got was so cute I couldn't wait to dress our baby in them.

"Theres more coming soon so don't worry there will be plenty to last a life time." Caden said pecking my lips. Sparks tingled on my lips at the most simplest touch.

"Kane's coming to visit in the weekend, he keeps calling to see how your doing and it's getting annoying so I told him to come see for his self." He says while crouching in front of me and placing both hands on my belly and kissed it.

"Come on little guy, kick for daddy." He whispered. And of course the baby kicked knowing his dads voice causing both of us to smile.

"Excuse us guys, Lexi needs her rest." Caden helps me up.

"Oh yeah sure 'rest'." Becca says with a wink. We chuckled as Joe rolled his eyes at his mate. Ever since she found out she was pregnant, her mind has been thinking dirty. It's obvious that Becca and Joe have a healthy sexual life since they're always touchy with each other.

Me and Caden headed straight to bed. It was only afternoon but I was always tired and Caden would give me massages that usually turn into something heated if you get my drift.

"So I found a way to get the baby out faster and it doesnt hurt the baby." He says with a cheeky smile. I narrowed my eyes at him.

"Like what?"

He leaned forward and started pressing light kisses on my mark sending chills throughout my body.

"Let me show you, just relax." He whispered lowly, and with that I let him send my body into a frenzy making me moan and pull him close to me. He was careful not to put his weight on the baby and used his left hand to massage my stomach.

He then stopped and growled. I watched curiously as he was mindlinking someone.

"Demetri's here to take you to lunch, I forgot to tell you. I'm going to take a cold shower. Have fun okay." He kissed me one last time and went to the bathroom as I fixed my dress properly and patted down my hair making sure I didn't look flustered.

I quickly went downstairs carefully and was greeted by Demetri along with his guard and Kyle. I hugged them happy to see them again. They've been visiting alot lately eapecially since I'm close to giving birth. Since werewolves are only pregnant for 6 months. They want to be there for the birth of our future Alpha. We walked to the car and I sat at the back with Kyle. His eyes held sadness and betrayal. I held his hand and gave him a squeeze to reassure him that I'm here if he ever wanted to talk. He smiled back. We were going to make new memories with or without his brother and I knew it bothered Kyle so I was going to be there for him just like hes always been there for me.
