Sitting on a bench across a river
Two branches holding hands
Playing along with the breeze and gentle water drops
Surrounded by cheering flowers and small branches
They fell in love despite belonging to different trees, roots and sides
Birds teasing them pushing their hands apart
All the spices started to laugh
Everything was beautiful, satisfying and heart warming to the heart!
They never thought they will be Adrift and pushed apart
They were part of nature, were everything supposed to be calm, healing and relaxed
The wind started to carry them apart
Trying it's best to unlock the hands
Whispers of rain, start wetting and make them weak and sick
The lover branches were turning black and sad
Indifferently the storm start to pull them hardly apart
They fought against the fate, to hold on tight
Anchored their hands solid and tight
The cold succeed to Gruesomely push each to the other side
They let go of their dreams, hopes and beautiful times
They both fall down
Sank into dirt deep down
They were never seen again
But all nature witnessed the end of the tale of two branches in love
It is not the end the bird whispered
The storied continued
Only to deliver a precious lesson
The two branches grow up to be trees instead of weak branches
They grew up tall and lofty, when they were apart
Hugging each other with all their existing branches!
It's never the end, sometimes you have to let go
To eventually solidify the love in the heart!
And I witnessed two branches falling in love right there across the river till the end!
I found solace and liberation in nature!
