Ninjago: Rising Phoenix

1) The Beginning of chaos

(This story contain spoilers for my ongoing book: Soaring Phoenix. So here is a small spoiler info. Mirabel has helped lots of the enemies the Ninja faced, giving them a place to start a new. She sadly lost her home due to a darkness awaken in her. But she gets stronger and has become a mother figure and a sensei to the team. Follow and read the first book as it has just begun. 3rd POV

''It seems strange now, but remember when Ninjago was the only thing on the map? When it was our entire world? I used to spend all my time trying to be like my heroes, the Ninja. Practicing their moves, learning their poses... I wanted to be just like them.'' Says a hopeful boy in orange, as he look into the night sky. ''To protect everyone in Ninjago. To ride dragons into adventure and mythical realms. Mysterious lands that could only exist in Legend... But I quickly found out those legendary realms are very real. And I was about to lose everyone that was important to me. My neighborhood must have been the very center of The Merge... But back then, we didn't know what to call it. It was just chaos.'' The boy paused as he frowned a little as he look down and bring forth a green hoodie. ''That is when my heroes, the Ninja, arrived. We were in so much danger, but I couldn't help but be excited. Jay, the Lightning Ninja, using his mega mech to cut away the danger. Kai, Fire Ninja, keeping things away by burning it. Cole, Earth Ninja, using his strength to save others. Zane, Ice Ninja, making ramps of ice to save the innocents. Nya, Water Ninja, using her powers for support. Lloyd, the Legendary Green Ninja, ensuring everyone's safety. And Mirabel, the Mighty Phoenix, flying across the sky as a Phoenix and finds everyone caught in the chaos.'' The boy in orange stopped again and look across the many piles of garbage. ''And that is when it happened. As I saw my small neighborhood disappear and a new city show up on the horizon, I realized I had witnessed The Merge firsthand. The moment all the mysterious realms I had only heard about, Merged with Ninjago, for reasons no one has been able to figure out. I survived, but I was alone. My parents and everyone I ever knew had vanished.'' With one more look into the sky, looking at the two moons in the sky with stars covering the wonderful night. ''With my parents and home gone, I had to make a new life for myself. Before, everyone I knew looked like me. Now I walk the streets with skeleton people, buy food from snail people, sell pies to frog people. And since the Ninja disappeared, I realized it was up to me to carry on their legendary tradition.''

*Bark* *Bark*

The boy stopped his speech as he look down at the dogs below after putting on the run downed green hoodie.

''Arin, not to insult the dreams of my new best friend, but...'' Speak up a voice from another scrap pile. A girl in white anime like clothing pops up, showing her light pink hair and cat eared headphones. ''You are so not a ninja.''

''How would you know, Sora?'' Ask the boy Arin back and look at his friend. ''You didn't grow up with them like I did. All I need is a master to train me. And besides, you also admire The Phoenix, hence your cheek markings.''

''Sure and that one is also true. Just one problem.'' Says Sora back and get up top of the scrap pile. ''There are no Ninja Masters around anymore. The only reason I believe Mirabel the Phoenix is alive, is because the life and nature of the Merged Realms is still here.''

''Yeah.'' Sighed Arin in agreement, knowing himself that the Phoenix is the very thing who brought life to Ninjago to help the First Spinjitzu Master create his dream world away from the First Realm. ''Hey, have you found what we need yet? I can only distract these dogs from making noise for so long. Uh, I don't have that many stories to tell.''

''Give me a second.'' Says Sora back and finally find a small piece from the scrap pile. ''Boom. And we didn't even set off the...''

*Alarm blaring*
