9) Hunt for Dragon Cores

The moment we return from the Temple of the Dragon Cores back to the Monastery, didn't we waste any precious time to come up with a plan to search for the cores, before someone else does. We have known from experience that there might still be a spy who over heard us, so we don't take any change.

''Mirabel, you have been to all the realms before the Merge, so do you know anywhere, where the Dragon Cores could be on the three location?'' Ask Lloyd as Nya bring out a map of the Merged Realms, made by all the knowledge we could get.

''We think the three Dragon Cores can be found somewhere here, here and here.'' Inform Nya and point to the island beside Ninjago to the right, then the island at the top and the island to the left of the Dark Island. ''We have to find them all if we want to stop the Mergequakes and stabilize the world.''

''I have been to most of the realms, but... The Mother Garden, the island besides the Dark Island, is a beautiful place with tons of unusual, but beautiful, flower and plants made by the Phoenix, and even I had a fond time there. You can probably find the core at the very center of the garden.'' I explain to the group, now knowing who is going where, but it is still a shared information. Based on the maps detail and the stories we have heard from the Crossroads, can I identify what island is what. ''The Pinnacle of Crystals is the island to the right of Ninjago, a massive peeks of mountain, to dangerous to climb... I would believe the core might be at the tallest mountain, by passing all of the dangerous storms meddling the place. And the Wyldness, the island at the top, just north of Imperium, starts off as a dessert, but further up will you reach a jungle. My guess, is it with the dessert native called the Lava Tides, read about them in an old scroll related to the First Spinjitzu Master.''

''So, we have to split up into three teams.'' Declare Lloyd quickly and look at the team around the table. ''Now, how do you wanna-''

''Me and Sora.'' Chirp up Nya quickly and pick her partner.

''Yeah, me and Nya. And Riyu. We are a team.'' Agree Sora to the team idea. Lloyd can only nod his head and smile, taking a look at Arin. 

''Then me and Arin will be a team.'' Says Lloyd to the excited boy.

''Sounds good.'' Agree Arin before looking at the last two possible team. ''Then that leaves...''

''Kai and Wyldfyre.'' I confirm, understanding I can't join on this mission dure to my condition. The two fire people look at each other with disgust.

''With her/him?'' Ask the two together, before glaring at each other again. ''Don't get us into trouble.''

''Now, Wyldfyre. During this mission is Kai in charge, but you can in return help navigate through the Wyldness, since you came from there.'' I point out to her, to at least help Kai get some control over her and not ruin this mission. And not to have the same annoying moment we had yesterday before we went to the Temple of the Dragon Cores.

''Humpf... Fine.'' Agree Wyldfyre a little disappointed.

''I will remain here at the Monastery to deal with any Mergequakes that arise.'' Inform Zane of his position. ''And to also work on figuring out the Portal Gates. There is a high percentage chance the Gates are tied to the Merge. Perhaps since I woke on the Imperium side of the gate, they will be the key to finding the other Ninja. And Pixal.''

''I don't have to talk for myself.'' I chirp in with a slight crooked smile. ''With my health being in jeopardy for every Mergequake, can't it be a good idea for me to be in the fields, but I can help Zane with the best I can, or help Mr. Frohickey get used to this place... So please find those Cores.''

''Thanks, Zane and Bella, that could change everything.'' Says Nya and leave the table with the teen. ''Sora, let's go.''
