10) Troubles here and there

3rd POV

Mirabel and Zane walk together down the hallway, after doing a small check up after another Mergequake not far from the Monastery. It surely has weaken Mirabel even further, so that just confirm it even more that the Mergequake are the reasons behind that. So Zane real quick made a walking stick for her, so she can support herself when she walks alone.

''He really thought I eat ice to make ice.'' Explain Zane confused after a small interaction with Mr. Frohicky.

''Patient, Zane. I think his kind doesn't completely understand Ninjagoan, even after four years in the Crossroads.'' Says Mirabel and wobble a little on her steps, trying to get used to a walking stick. ''Give him time and help him when he needs guidance. It always starts awkward, but it will bloom into a strong bond. Remember how we discovered your where actually a robot? It took time to get used to it and we learned with time, what you were really capable off. The same can happen with Mr. Frohicky.''

''Maybe you are right, Mirabel. I will take the advice to heart.'' Agree Zane to the Phoenix, before he freeze on the spot when they pass another hallway. Mirabel look confused at Zane and look as well, only to see Mr. Frohicky mobbing the floor... With a toothbrush.

''Ah, I cannot believe I tried to give ice to the Ice Ninja. Ugh. If you don't get on top of your job, Frohicky, the Ninja are gonna fire you.'' Mumble Mr. Frohicky to himself, making the two Ninja look at each other confused.

''Mr. Frohicky, are you alright?'' Ask Mirabel and get the frogs attention, making him drop the toothbrush as he flinch.

''Ah, M-Mrs. Phoenix and Master Zane.'' Greet Mr. Frohicky nervously.

''Um, why are you doing that?'' Ask Zane concerned of Mr. Frohicky's cleaning method.

''So the Monastery will be spotless when the others return with the Dragon Energy Cores.'' Answer Mr. Frohicky with lots of energy.

''But why are you using that miniscule brush? It will take you approximately 61,696 hours.'' Point out Zane, accidentally ruins Mr. Frohicky's spirit.

''That... is a lot of hours.'' Mumble Mr. Frohicky defeated.

''Zane.'' Whisper yell Mirabel to the Nindroid. ''Maybe the Merge also meddled with your compassion meter. You could have said that in a nicer way, look at him. He is missing his confidence.''

''But I merely pointed out the small problem with his work.'' Defend Zane in a low voice as well, making Mirabel sigh a little in defeat.

''Then help him improve, like showing him the right tool to speed up the process.'' Lecture Mirabel and step closer to the sadden frog man. ''You go ahead and analyse the Portal Gate. I will help Mr. Frohicky.''

''Very well. But please rest up soon, your stress meter is rising up in a dangerous level.'' Warn Zane and take his leave for the HQ Basement.

''I am sorry about the slightly harsh... comment from Zane, but he only meant well.'' Apologize Mirabel as gently as she could and help the frog man up. ''Let me show you where the cleaning supplies is. All the tools in there are free to use.''

''I got it.'' Bell out Mr. Frohicky suddenly and then dash down the hallway to who knows where, leaving Mirabel utterly confused. She really wanna know where he is going to do, but her body is getting to a limit and she need a rest, so she just gonna have to write a name sign on the cleaning closet for Mr. Frohicky to find. After that, went Mirabel back to her room to take a small nap and she didn't need an alarm clock, because something crashes and bashes so loud that it awaken her from her slumber, after half and hour's rest.

''What is going on?'' Yelp Mirabel shocked and as quickly as she could, run down the hallway and follow the sound of chaos, leading to the living room.

''Heeelp.'' Yell Mr. Frohicky while being swinged around the room with the help of a cleaning machine. ''Oh, I have blundered.''
