3rd POV
What was supposed to be a small scouting trip, turned into a rescue mission at the Crossroads. A bridge has started to crumble with people on it, caused by the massive shake of a Mergequake. Some fireball was shot out of the Mergequake and hit the bridge to cause a lot of chaos. So riding on their new dragon buddies, came the Ninja to the rescue. Zane use his power to secure the support pillar of the bridge. Sora took care of a Ninjagoan hanging from the car that is tilting over the edge, catching him in time.
''Welcome onboard. Sorry if it is a bumpy ride.'' Says Sora to the old man and secure him on top of the dragon Sora. Arin with Lloyd, pull away a road sign away before it could hit the other seniors. But the Mergequake's shaking keeps going and starts to break the bridge road apart, so Wyldfyre fly by it with Heatwave to melt it together with an ice dragon behind to freeze it solid.
''Kai, the Fire Ninja is back.'' Says one of the male senior happy at the sign of hope.
''Nope. You have upgraded to Wyldfyre.'' Says Wyldfyre with a smirk, making the real Fire Ninja frown on top of the earth dragon.
''Upgraded? Really? I am so gonna tell that to Mirabel.'' Yell Kai back at Wyldfyre. Then there is the Mergequake itself that Lloyd is taking care of and blast it with his power, shutting it for good.
''Hope you have a great evening.'' Call out Sora after helping her saved senior off her dragon buddy, as they fly back home to the Monastery after saving the day once again. And with the new dragon stables, is it much easier to have the dragons around the Monastery.
''I am still surprised how many dragons decided to stay after we freed them from Imperium.'' Says Lloyd amazed at the dragons feeling themselves at home.
''Having these stables makes it easier.'' Says Sora and look at the cavern.
''Stables that weren't here before the Merge, right?'' Ask Arin to Lloyd, still not believing that it all exist. ''It is almost like everything is coming together for a reason.''
''I love ya, Arin, but not everything is some big cosmic plan.'' Argue Sora back, rolling her eyes at her friends dreamy side. ''These dragons love living in these caves, we humans love living in the comfortable Monastery up top... Well, most of us humans.'' Correct Sora, dodging a fire attack from Wyldfyre to light up the torches.
''You are getting better at lighting those torches, Wyldfyre.'' Compliment Lloyd of the improvement. ''But are you sure you don't want, I don't know, a bed? A bathroom?''
''Tch. I am not soft like the rest of you. I was raised by a dragon. My bathroom is everywhere.'' Snarl Wyldfyre back like it is nothing, making the others a little uncomfortable.
''I don't think that is sanitary.'' Mumble Arin in disgust.
''Well, you always have a space up in the Monastery if you want it.'' Assure Lloyd that the offer is still here.
