The next few weeks dragged by. The Tuesday after I came home, I started work again and I realised just how much I hadn't missed the monotonous work of standing around all day, while restocking shelves or running things through the tills. However, spending the majority of my days working, did take my mind off of the whole 'Danny in love with me' situation.

Since the night of my return, I had barely said two words to Danny and I definitely had not forgotten what he'd said about Ross. But he wasn't any better! He tried to make conversation but when I didn't respond, he became sallow and mean.

The one good thing in my life though, was Ross. We had either Skyped or called each other every day. I had also changed my phone contract so that I could text him and the others without having to worry about my bill costing me an absolute fortune.

One of the most memorable Skypes was about a week after I'd come back. I was sitting in the living room and hadn't been home from work for long. All I wanted to do was crawl into bed and sleep but I didn't because Ross had promised to call me when he got a break.

The tone for a call sounded and I pulled my laptop towards me. I quickly answered the call and was surprised to see, not my boyfriend but two of his brothers.

"Oh," I said, a little startled. "Hey guys!"

"Hi Lexi." Riker said, sitting on the sofa next to Rocky.

"Ross will be here in a sec." Rocky told me.

"Okay." I said, leaning back in the chair. I was totally wiped out. "What's up with you guys?"

"Not much." Rocky said. "We've been working on some new music."

"And we did an interview the other day."

It had only been a few days since Ross had asked me if it was okay if he told his fans about our relationship. In our previous convocations over the last few days, for some reason the interview had never come up.

"Yeah, I meant to ask him about that." I said. "Did anything happen about him saying anything about me?"

"Sort of." Riker said, hesitantly. "They asked about if we were single and we said everyone but Ross and then they asked a couple of questions about you and what you were like."

"Oh god." I moaned, imagining the horrors of what they had said about me. "What did you say?"
"All good things." Rocky assured me.

"I can imagine." I smiled back. "You guys didn't show pictures or anything though did you?"

"Well..." Riker said awkwardly. "We weren't going to but then they asked us to show out lock screens and Ross kind of forgot he had a picture of you on his." I remember feeling both embarrassed and touched when he told me this.

"Oh well people were gonna see me sooner or later."

Just at that moment a pair of legs, wearing patched, holey jeans, pushed their way in between the two boys and sat down, revealing my boyfriend.

"Dude!" Riker exclaimed, as Ross virtually sat on him. Ross just ignored him and said "Hey Lex!"

"Hi." I smiled, feeling my stomach turning to jelly, like it always did when I saw him.

"What have you been saying about me?"

"Nothing!" All three of us said in unison, which made us sound guilty, even though we really hadn't been talking about him and him raise his eyebrows at me.

"We were talking about the interview." I told him.

"Oh yeah, I meant to tell you about that."
"It doesn't matter. Your fans were gonna find out about me sooner or later, might as well be sooner. What picture was it anyway?"
