Chapter 22- An Event full Visit

It didn't take the others long to get their things together and leave for the pub.

Riker decided to go with them, instead of stay with us. He said he thought we needed some alone time but I couldn't help but feel a bit guilty. After all we were sort of abandoning him is strange town with people he barely knew. If it wasn't for the fact that I really did want to be alone with Ross, I would have protested and gone with them.

We weren't the only ones not going to the pub though, Danny was bailing too. He had said it was because he had a serious headache and thought the best thing for him to do was have an early night but I had a sneaking suspicion that it was more do with the company he would be in rather than any pain in his head.

When everyone had left and Ross and I decided to watch a movie, I put the whole Danny issue out of my mind and focus on what I was going to do about it in the morning.

We settled in to watch watch one of my favourite films of all time 'Angus, Thongs and Perfect Snogging' of course Ross had never seen it, which i wasn't that surprised about to be honest, seeing as it is such as it's such a completely English film.

As we watched, we laid together on the sofa with his arms around me and I can honestly say I have never felt happier.

One of my favourite moments of the entire night was the first time the main girl sees her love interest and she says 'I've gone all Jelloid'. The moment after the line was said, Ross asked in my ear "Is that how you reacted when you first saw me?"

"You wish!" I smiled. "Nah... The first time I saw you I thought was, he's taller than I thought. But I couldn't help but giggle.

"Charming. Remind me to never ask your opinion of anyone ever again."

"What about you, what did you think the first time you saw me?"

"Well the first time I saw you was in a video of you dancing, so I thought you were an amazing dancer and then I saw your face and all I thought was, god she's gorgeous!"

I turned to face him then, "You really thought that?"

"Yeah. I did. Was that really the first thing you thought when you saw me?"

"No. You don't know this but the first time I saw you was at your R5 concert in London. So when I first saw you all I could think was, oh my god that's who I'm going to be dancing with. How am I ever going to be able to concentrate."

"You never told me you were at the London concert!"

"Yeah well I didn't want to seem like some kind of crazy stalker."

"Don't be silly. I would never think you're a stalker."

"Thank you." I whispered.

"What are you thanking me for?"

"For being here. For coming all this way, when you didn't have to."

"I came because I wanted to and because I missed you."

"I love you, you know that?"

"I do and I love you back." We both leaned in thenand the film was forgotten.

By the time the others got back,we had restarted the film and watched another and I had finally given into my exhaustion from the excitement of day finally hit me and I fell asleep in Ross's arms.

Ross POV

Lexi and I had been watch a film while laying on the couch, when I noticed that her breathing had become much more rhythmic. I lent over to to find that her eyes were closed and she was clearly asleep.
