Hi everyone. Sorry it's been a while since I updated. I've been extremely busy with school and preparing for my exams.

Hope you enjoy the chapter.

P.S sorry about any spelling, punctuation or grammer errors I haven't had time to check it.

The fight home seemed to last at least triple to time it took to get there. All I wanted to do was go home and curl up into a ball in my bed, with the covers over my head. Instead I had to sit on a plane for 11 hours with nothing to do but read and listen to music as; I'd packed my laptop in my suitcase that was in the luggage compartment.

So I listened to R5 songs, big mistake. The sound of Ross's voice made me miss him so much it hurt. I had only been with him a few hours ago but I missed him so much already. The rest of the flight was spent either drifting in and out of a restless sleep or reading a book that my mind couldn't really concentrate on.

Finally, after what felt like days, the plane landed. I knew I was home, the second I stepped onto the concrete of the runway and all I could think about was seeing my friends.

All of a sudden it couldn't wait any longer, I had to see them right then and there or I felt like I would explode. Rushing through baggage claim as fast as I could, my heart pounded with anticipation.

Then it hit me. Danny! Would he even be there? I was hoping everything would go back to normal but what if it didn't? I still had no idea why he'd been so mad at me but I didn't even care anymore, I just wanted us to be friends again.

I came round the corner of the arrivals gate, to see them standing there, all of them, holding up at large cardboard sign that read: 'Welcome Home Super Star.'  I couldn't help but laugh at little before they spotted me coming towards them; they waved energetically and called to me.

When I was just a few feet away from them, I ran, heart racing, into the group hug awaiting me. My heart swelled as, I was wrapped in the warm, loving embrace of my closet friends.

When the time came to let go, I didn't want to but knowing I couldn't squash an entire month's hugs into one, I grudgingly released my embrace.

"What have you done to your hair?" Lizzie demanded the instant they were all separated.

"I've missed you too." I laughed at her outraged expression.

"Yeah, very funny." She faked a laugh. "What did you do?" She demanded again.

"What do you think I did? I dyed it!" Lizzie had always had a very strong aversion to the dying of hair. When she was a child her grandmother told her that it kills your hair and ever since that day she has always given dire warnings to those who die their hair, especially if it's an unnatural colour, like bright, tomato red.

"Why? Why? Why?" She pleaded a pained expression on her face. "You know it..."
