I stood in front of the mirror, captivated by my reflection. The moment I stepped into our bedroom, I was greeted by the sight of a stunning dress carefully laid out on the bed, accompanied by a pair of delicate glass slippers that sparkled like tiny jewels. Floating above it all were elegantly crafted words, written in a deep crimson hue: "𝑻𝒐 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒘𝒐𝒎𝒂𝒏 𝒘𝒉𝒐 𝒐𝒘𝒏𝒔 𝒎𝒚 𝒉𝒆𝒂𝒓𝒕 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒎𝒂𝒕𝒄𝒉𝒆𝒔 𝒎𝒚 𝒔𝒕𝒂𝒓𝒔.."

So, this was the surprise! A warm smile spread across my face, illuminating my heart with joy.

Those heartfelt words resonated deep within me, touching my very soul and prompting tears of happiness to spill down my cheeks. Yet, as I reached for the dress, the enchanting words began to dissipate, fading into the ether as if they were mere wisps of smoke.

The exquisite bodycon silver dress, woven from the finest linen, embraced my figure like a second skin, leaving my shoulders beautifully bare. Long sleeves adorned with feathery cuffs framed my arms, while a daring thigh-high split showcased my leg, perfectly complementing the cascading fishtail hemline that promised to sweep along the floor with every step I took.

I couldn't help but admire how incredible I looked. My hair had been transformed into an enchanting half-up, half-down braided style, adorned with delicate grey flowers that circled my head like a crown.

I was ready! With my chin held high, I stepped out the door, though uncertainty lingered in my mind about where I was headed. Just then, I heard Rolf's voice whisper in my thoughts, "Follow the star that matches you."

Suddenly, a star appeared before me-tiny, silver, and glittering with an otherworldly light. It began to dance through the air, leaving a trail of shimmering stardust in its wake, accompanied by Rolf's familiar scent of vanilla and sandalwood. I inhaled deeply, allowing the comforting aroma to envelop me as I followed the guiding light.

Moments later, I found myself in a grand hall, my breath catching in my throat at the stunning sight before me. Towering pillars soared to the heavens, their majestic forms framing the view of the night sky, where twinkling stars dotted the vast expanse. The pillars glowed softly, their brilliance fading as they reached the clouds, while beneath me, the tiled floor echoed with the sound of my heels clicking in harmonious rhythm.

"Over here, inima mea mică." (My little heart)

My heart soared at the sound of his voice calling to me from my right, near a sleek modern balcony railing. I craned my neck, my breath hitching in my throat at the sight of him. There he was, perched on the edge of a table, clad entirely in black, his presence commanding and magnetic. Huge wings unfurled from his back, dark as midnight, reminiscent of a fairy's, yet distinctly different. Their edges were sharp and fierce, a testament to the immense power they possessed.

"Are you simply going to stand there and stare?" he teased, a playful smirk dancing on his lips.

"No," I replied, shaking my head as I struggled to find my words, feeling a delightful rush of nerves.

With a fluid motion, he dipped his hands into the pockets of his slacks, his gaze appraising me from head to toe. The smirk on his face deepened as he purred, "So, come closer."

Heat pooled in my lower abdomen while a rush of blood colored my cheeks, igniting them with warmth.

The little star that had been floating nearby sprang back to life, leading the way once more. I followed its shimmering path, feeling his eyes on me, drinking in every movement I made-the rise and fall of my chest as I breathed, the enticing sway of my hips, the daring slit of my dress revealing my thigh. Desire glimmered in his gaze, and I couldn't resist increasing the sway, moving slower to let him savor the view.
