I walked into Jisoo's office, locking the door behind me. I stared at her desk, wondering if I was really going to do what I had come there to do, for the first time I had lied to my best friend.

- Hey Emily, good morning, what's up?

- Good morning Lisa, how are you?

- I'm fine thanks, can you do me a favor, I had to give this key to Jisoo but she couldn't find it, would you mind giving it to me?

- Of course you can't. - I left the key in her hands and then left the hospital.

I sat in the seat of my car, lowered the windows and thought again about what I was doing. Unfortunately, Jisoo and I were no longer on the same wavelength with Rose's case, which was hindering her treatment. Even though she was eating again and showing improvement, Jisoo wouldn't let her go, our consultations had evolved during those days, my friend recognized this but still wouldn't give in.

I didn't have many options if I wanted to continue progressing with her case, so I just did what I had to do, I'd sort it out with her later.

I started the car and drove straight to where Rose was staying, it was our appointment day and I had sorted out some things to show her, I was hoping that what I had would help her in some way.

It took me a while to get there, I chose the day when Jisoo wouldn't be in the same hospital. I went through the gate after the search, I had to show all the papers I had brought with me, they went through without a problem, they were just old case reports.

I went up to her room and rang the bell. Emma welcomed me as she always did.

- How are you, Emma?

- She's a bit aggressive today. - she said, pointing to her bed.

Rose was biting her fingers as if she still had the fingernails for it.

- I got her permission to leave the room. - I said, handing the paper into Emma's hands.

She didn't question the fact that it really was a permit, the only difference was that I had practically stolen it.

- I'll let her know you're leaving, I also need to tell the security guards that she can only go as far as the garden, okay? - I nodded, waiting for her to sit down in the chair.

Rose smiled openly when she heard Emma speak, and all the nervousness in her body seemed to subside there, I felt less guilty, whether I wanted to or not, I had done the right thing.

She went into the bathroom to put on the clothes she was used to wearing, and came out wearing a blue dress and a sweatshirt of the same color over it.

- Hello. - he said, opening the door and greeting me.
