chapter 39

Fahad pov

I am currently in my car with nabiha, I don't know where I am driving to but all that matters to me know is that she is by my side.

I want to start a conversation with her but I don't know what to tell her.

"So, how did you find me' nabiha asked.

Oh thank God she started the conversation.

" I tracked your location ' I replied simply.

"Why did you come to find me' she asked again.

Why is she asking that, I can't tell her that I am in love with her whatsoever, i just can't swallow my pride and tell her I love her.

"You should be thanking me' I said.

"What do you mean' she asked.

"I saved you from marrying an old man" I said.

"Oh really so that's why you said you were my husband ' she asked raising an eyebrow.

" I couldn't think of anything else to say" I replied.

"Oh really" she replied smiling.

"Why are you smiling like that" I asked.

"I think you have a crush on me' she said laughing.

I didn't realize when I stepped on the brakes, and both of us almost flew out of the car.

"What do you mean ' I said.

"I was just joking" she said laughing so hard.

This girl will be the end of me, how could she joked like that, my heart almost boost out of my chest.

"But the way you acted just know, told me that you really have a crush on me' she said.

"Huh stop fooling yourself ' I said.

Before I continued driving.

"Am I the one fooling myself or is it you fooling yourself ' nabiha asked trying to look into my eyes.

I looked away immediately trying not to make eye contact with her.

"You are out of your mind' I said.

I always got annoyed will speaking with her but this time I felt happy having a conversation with her.

I took us to a nearby park and I went out of the car.

She also went out of the car and followed me.

I went and sat under a tree but she just stood their.

' won't you sit' I asked her.

"You won't mind me sitting beside you' she asked.

Of course I won't.

" I won't ' I said to her.

She then came and sat close to me.

"So your family was the reason you went to new York ' I asked trying to start a conversation.

She was quiet for a moment before she said.

"Yes, my family never treated me like a family member, they all hated me' she replied.

I felt sorry for her.

I shouldn't have bought up the topic, I think I should change a topic.

"Why did you left my house then' I asked.

" I didn't wanted to make trouble between you and your family ' she replied.

"What do you mean' i asked.

"Your family will never allow you to marry someone like me even if it is a fake wedding, just look at me nobody even loves me' she said.

For some reason I felt angry about what she said.

What does she mean by nobody loves her.

"What do you mean by nobody loves you' I shouted angrily.

Before she could reply I said ' I love you'.

She looked at me Soo suprised.

I turned and made eye contact with her.

" I didn't realize when I fell in love with you nabiha, but all I know is that I love you ' I said.

I was expecting a reply from her but she was just quiet.

"Why are you quiet, won't you say anything, if you don't like me just tell me" I said.

But she was still quiet, her silence where starting to scare me.

What if she rejects me.

"I love you too Fahad ' she suddenly said.

"I loved you for a long time know ' she added.

I didn't realize when I hugged her, to say I was Happy was an understatement.

'you won't regret loving me nabiha ' I said smiling.

She was quiet so I let go of her.

" What's wrong, I asked.

"What about your family ' she said.

"My family already agreed' I said smiling widely.

"For real" she shouted.

I nodded

And this time she hugged me.

"Ohh am so happy fahad" she shouted.

We sat they're for some minutes before deciding to head home.
