Vol. 1 End, Wings

     After the break and the explanations (with the others left wondering if they should explain their deals before the songs potentially did), they reconvened. "'And here you are at the end of Volume 1. Before we get into it, I'd just like to say: Ruby, Yang, I'm sorry.'" The note declared. "'I wish I could have told you exactly what was coming up there, but remember those strings I mentioned? Yeah, I'm still limited. It probably doesn't make sense to you, but there it is.'"

Ruby and Yang were still kinda pissed at that, truth be told, but they decided to put that aside. It WAS just a program, after all. The people who programmed it went here. The note continued. "'Wings is the song that played during the end credits, before the obligatory post credits scene of course. Its meaning is...not entirely known, with many believing it to be about Blake Belladonna or and/or Yang Xiao Long, or just a "general themes" one. I'll confess, I've never actually listened to the whole thing, so I suppose that's up to you to decide. It should be more of a...breather after the last couple.'"

"Alright then, one last time until the next time..." Ruby muttered to herself. "Which, uh, we should talk about. Anyways, song time:"

[*Calming Music*]

"Okay yeah, that's nice." Ruby commented.

"Just what we needed." Weiss agreed.

"Eh." Nora replied.

"Be nice, Nora." Ren chided.

[One life
Is not a long time]

"It may seem to be, but in my experience, it really isn't." Ozpin spoke first. No one really knew what to make of that, assuming it was some kind of proverb. They didn't exactly have the context, did they?

[When you're waiting
For a small sign]

"I suppose." Blake added. "I think the fans are right, and this is about me. It's...complicated, but I think I've felt like this before. If I'm I interpreting it right."

[Patience
Is hard to find]

"This one's probably about Yang, though." Blake added.

"Hey." Yang lightheartedly shot back.

[Shadows
Seem to fill your life]

"Okay yeah that's obviously me." Blake deadpanned.

"Lot of waiting between the first word and the rest." Nora complained. "Wake me up when it's done."

"I am so sorry about that." Ren countered.

"Eh, don't worry about it." Blake replied. "It is Nora we're talking about."

"Easier said than done." Blake replied. "Especially after the past couple hours."

"Maybe, but I think we're doing okay." Ruby retorted. "And wow, it's felt like days, are you sure it's only been a few hours?"

"In what way?" Jaune asked.

"Well, I wouldn't want to assume..." Pyrrha began.

"...You know me." Blake pointed out. "You know how I can...be."

"Well, you'd hardly be the only one." Weiss assured.
