Skayei looked on in annoyed awe at the sheer power Kevin displayed
"I see you've gotten stronger" Kevin slowly hovered down to the ground in front of him
"What of it?" he replied
"I think it's perfect, I've gotten stronger as well; we can see who is really the best" Kevin made a face as he looked away
"You really think your lame mimic of my masters style will get you remotely close to killing me?" Kevin chuckled a little "Bro what martial arts training have you done? Your whole style is sloppy techniques you saw through the front window of the dojo" Skayei grit his teeth
"Your master humiliated me! He refused to teach me because he said I had hate in my heart!"
"Don't care, what does that have to do with me foreal?" Skayei's anger made the wind whip around him
"You're his golden boy! Crushing you will show him once and for all that he was wrong about me....." he then clenched his fist and closed his eyes "And in the process I kill you" he said. Kevin shook his head in disappointment
"It sounds like your beef isn't with me, but my master; though in your pathetic state I doubt you can even scratch him" Skayei's anger rose the more Kevin spoke. This new attitude of his isn't like before, he's actually arrogant; and is stooping to my level of insults....he's different.
"Your master can wait, I'm gonna move up the ladder and start with the small fries" he retorted
"Small fry my ass...I demonstrated in our last fight I'm better than you, if you hadn't ran away you'd be dead....demon" Kevin smirked "What training have you done in the past three months? I'm curious, or did big daddy Jiu let you suck him off for power?" Skayei frowned as the pupils of his eyes disappeared
"Fuck you bastard" he said, Kevin began stretching his arms
"Oh you look angry, did I piss you off?" Skayei dashed forward with a roar swinging his right fist, Kevin met him head on blocking the attack causing a crater to form with the impact. His attacks are much slower but his power has increased since the last we fought. Kevin thought I guess I could switch between states, either way I have to kill him in this fight. As Kevin and Skayei fought the others were watching from a distance
"He's...different" Sapphire said, Gabriel watched on as Kevin switched to his second state of matter Rock. The technique change seemed to increase his defense and strength judging from Skayei's face after Kevin landed a clean blow to his stomach.
"Yeah, Wayne's technique must still be taking a toll on his mental; I wouldn't worry about him in this fight though" Sapphire looked at Gabriel with an unsure face
"Why?"
"He left his awakening...he's holding back on purpose right now; when he was under mind control he was way more powerful than this in his base form. Feel his spiritual energy for a second" Sapphire sensed Kevin's energy and sure enough it was alot lower than earlier.
"Yeah, I see-" she stopped her sentence when she sensed another malicious energy right behind them. She whipped her head around to see Jay laying on the curb with a mischievous smile. Gabriel turned around as well and sighed
"Another fucking demon, damn" he said. Jay laughed
"Not happy to see me? I guess you don't appreciate art" Jay's tall frame seemed almost puppet like as he slowly stood up from the ground "I suspect you both are watching the fight between the blonde boy and Skayei yes?" Gabriel nodded, Jay looked almost sad when he glanced over "He can't regulate his spiritual energy like the rest of us, He's literally just a mass of spiritual energy that releases. The more output he releases the stronger he gets, the denser he gets, though it does irreparable damage to his body" Gabriel and Sapphire looked at Jay a moment
"I never knew" Gabriel said, Jay nodded
"Then to add insult to injury I have an eye for art, something is truly beautiful when you put time and effort into it. the blonde boy truly has an art to his fighting unlike Skayei. He is going to lose this fight and die" A silence fell over the three for a moment when Jay and Gabriel began laughing. Sapphire was confused Why are they laughing in such a tense moment? She thought, a car suddenly went flying into a building making a few people scatter in fear. then a crater formed suddenly throwing concrete pieces in the air randomly Just what the hell is going on? she thought, Gabriel chuckled a bit more
"You're faster than the last we met" he said, Jay smiled
"Thank you, you inspired me to become better; you and the blonde one" Sapphire was lost
"Just what the hell is happening right now?" Gabriel started stretching
"For the past ten seconds Jay and I have been fighting, I thought he'd be a pushover but; he's actually gotten better" Sapphire was in awe How can they move so fast and seem like they're standing still? These guys are on another level.
"Sapphire, you may want to leave us. I took care of that traitor Sofia and the other magic user, they aren't dead but I'm not so sure if I can say the same for them when Teresa is resurrected" Sapphire's eyes widened
"Teresa!!? We saw Kevin blow up her body" Jay kept his eyes glued to Gabriel as he spoke not wanting to miss a single movement
"I retrieved her body before the building blew up, it was close but I managed to get her to safety and cover her body in a random humans remains" Sapphire's face twisted in anger but Gabriel smiled warmly at her
"I got this, go take care of Teresa" Sapphire looked unsure
"But-"
"Don't worry, I believe in you; you got this" Gabriel then entered his awakening, a bright orangish yellow encircled him as his body became flames. His flames went blue for a split second then back to normal, the two walked to each other and sized each other up. Jay's 7'6 towered over Gabriel's 5'10 but despite the height difference both exuded the utmost confidence.
"The fight will be a work of art" Jay said, Gabriel nodded
"The Art vs The Artist"
"When I kill you, your body parts will adorn my apartment" Jay whispered, his eyes now a cold piercing stare, Gabriel nodded as his flames flickered blue once more
"Prueba Conmigo" he said with a dangerous smirk.
