Travelling (P7)

Before Shadow's appearance at G.U.N.

"Silver, Blaze, this is important. I do not know how Sonic The Hedgehog is going to erase everyone's existence, but I'm assuming you must know something about this, greyish world." Shadow slowly approaching the two, after what he saw near the river.

Silver turned to look at Blaze.

Blaze didn't met his gaze, she sighed and said, "This is called a frozen timeline. Before we succeeded to saved the future through defeating Mephiles and Iblis,"

"we had travelled to several timelines, and some just looked like this."

Silver added, "those grey world are the world without Sonic."

Shadow eyes widen.

World without Sonic?

"And what does it mean?" Shadow urged for an answer.

"Probably, those world are meant to be destroyed," Silver said, "like a failed prototype."

"There was never a Sonic, not a single thing is alive in those world," Blaze looked directly at Shadow's eyes, "it's just, frozen."

"I guess, now this grey world, has nothing that is alive."

The gang went silence for a while, until Shadow spoke.

"Sonic is probably creating your so called 'failed prototypes', through destroying each Sonic in different world," Shadow looked at Silver, "He's trying to stop time."

Blaze froze, "Why...?"

Shadow's eyelids fell a little, "I'm not sure."

"What is he thinking?" Silver sounded a little bit mad.

He clenched his fist, "the future that I have risked everything to protect, he is not going to just destroyed it like this."

"Silver, calm down," Blaze stood up and put her hand on Silver's shoulder to comfort him, She looked at Shadow after and asked, "I don't understand, this timeline is already frozen when the, dead Sonic is still, alive."

"He fell through a time hole that's why," Shadow said, "I was supposed to be dead, but I fell through a time hole, and it stopped my supposed time that would lead me to my death."

"When this Sonic appears in front of us, his timeline has already been stopped and destroyed," Shadow looked down at the poor hedgehog lying in a pool of grey, "Now I think other 'Sonics' has met with the same fate."

"Impossible, there are a lot of timelines, a lot of Sonics, that crazy one can't travel to all of them." Silver frowned and doubted.

Shadow sighed, "He only travelled to those timelines where he found chaos emeralds. Six of them could generate a power beam and blow up the moon, that is how he had that much power to wield a chaos spear."

He continued, while approaching Silver "And I need whom that is able to be powered with chaos emerald to stop him."

"Me?" Silver pointed at himself.

"No, me." Shadow took out the chaos emerald from his quills when he's near to fetch it.

"Only the ultimate lifeform is able to withstand enough chaos energy to stop a hero with all seven chaos emerald," Shadow gave the emerald to Silver, "take me to back before I was killed."

The past, before Shadow fell, at the bottom of the cliff.

"I fell here." Shadow said, standing on a ground where a time hole quietly stood there. He was looking at it and seems to be thinking.

Silver and Blaze walked towards the time hole.

"Shadow," Blaze looked at him, "what are you trying to do?"

Shadow did not shift his gaze away from the time hole, he slowly spoke "When I fell, Sonic tear away my inhibitors. Without them I would die due to overwhelming chaos energy," He chuckled a little, "However, he just took away the ones on my wrists."

Shadow suddenly looked at Silver and said, "I still can stand a while without my 'bracelets'."

"If I travel from the inside of the time hole to my this world, instead of falling through, I could reverse the effect of time stopping."

"What?!" Blaze yelled a little, "how are you so sure of it?!"

He took out the white chaos emerald from nowhere. It made Silver gasped, "wait how?!"

"Easy, just wish for it. Do not stop me."

"Chaos control."

Author's note: the white chaos emerald represent wish, and it allows sonic characters to have extra move according to the specific character in Sonic Superstars. So yeah, Shadow performed his extra move on his original chaos control. Basically, the move can be called chaos control-updated-version-with-reversed-time-hole-effect-by-using-the-time-hole-to-perform-it. Yay.
