Sonic watched as Shadow slowly losing signs of life. Mephiles kept talking and talking, it kinda gotten more annoying.

"Seal him Sonic, let's finish this," Mephiles said, his voice sounded like whispering and screaming at the same time, as he gotten excited that he was close to end the world.

Sonic gave him a chuckle, and then a laugh, "I just have one single question."

He dropped the unconscious Shadow onto the ground, took out the white chaos emerald from Shadow's quills. All the other six that was taken from other dead Sonics flew out and started circling Sonic, when the last one joined, Sonic was in his super form.

He was still looking at Shadow, "if this scepter has drained enough chaos energy from Shadow to seal himself, would it be enough also, like I don't know," he scratched his head, and instantly teleported to pin down Mephiles, "to seal you?"

Sonic's eye is as widened as Mephiles, he really liked the expression Mephiles is giving.

"What are you doing Sonic?!" Mephiles struggled to get away, but it was futile.

He gave Sonic some of his power, and Sonic was in his super form.

"Sealing me won't do anything good for you Sonic, you need me to help you, I am part of Solaris, only I can revive Iblis!" Mephiles kept on going, "Only my sphere can awake-"

"Blah blah blah," Sonic rolled his eyes, "yeah, a-buh bye."

Just in an eyeblink, Mephiles was sealed into the scepter.

Before he was completely gone, Mephiles gave his last warning, "You deceived me. I should have killed you first when I met you, and then I can do the rest myself."

"You want a revenge on everyone? Ha! My ass. Can't believe I believed that."

"Don't you forget that you forcefully stopped time in other timeline, you will pay the price when you messed with it."

When the scepter gone silent, Sonic laughed again, "hahahaha, oh, my god," he pulled a stretch, "it was sooooo fun!"

He let out a breath from all the laughing as he got off his super form. All the chaos emerald reappeared, he hold onto the white chaos emerald and put it back into Shadow's quills.

Meanwhile himself, kept the rest.

He then sat down and stared at Shadow, "I told you. It was a faster progress without you, or anyone else."

He reached out a finger to poke on Shadow's cheek, "I dealt with this alone just fine, just like when everything was count on to me."

"Why would I need anybody else."

"Now just left the part where I wanted everyone's existence to be null."

Lab.

"They're in space?!" Tails yelled as he looked up the coordinates, "I can't do this alone, even with you two, we need reinforcement."

Blaze and Silver both looked at each other.

Amy and Knuckles were called over.

These two knew nothing at all.

How am I supposed to explain this fucked up situation delicately?

Tails put a hand on his forehead, it was warm from all the stress.
