"Are you scared?" I ask Dylan who was sitting next to me in the town car. Father was sitting next to the driver. The body guard is the one who is driving us. We were on the way to his uncle's house to get the rest of his stuff.
"Kind of," he says looking out the window.
I pat him on his shoulder, "Don't worry you will be ok. You got us now."
Dylan looks at me, "Why are you doing this for me?"
I leaned closer to him so I could whisper in his ear so that my father won't hear, "Because I like you silly and also you deserve better then him as your lover," I lean back to my side. Looking at Dylan who nods and looks back out the window. I'm wondering if I ever will hear a thank you from him that we took him in? It be awhile for that. He is not really good at thanking people it seems. I tilted my head back and closed my eyes.
I woke up to a manison coming into my view. It is Rayson's manison. I look over at Dylan. He seemed nervous. We stopped at the front.
"We are here," my father says in the front.
Dylan didn't move. It is like he is frozen and can't move, looking at the manison infront of us "Hold on father? Dylan?" he stayed quiet, "Dylan?" I put my hand on his shoulder which made him flinch, "I know your nervous but it will be alright. We will be right there by your side. He can't touch you."
Dylan turns to me and nods, taking a deep breath and letting it out.
"Are you two coming out?" my father asks. The bodyguard was right next to him.
"Yeah father just give him a second," he looks back at me, "you ready?"
"Yeah," he says opening the door, "lets go."
I could see Dylan shaking when we rang the door bell. I wanted to hold him, embrace him, tell him it will be ok but I don't think I can because father is right there. The door opens and a man with a weird accent greets us, "Hello master Dylan. Master Rayson was worried about you. And oh," he looks at me, "you were here last time?"
"Yes I was," I replied, "is Rayson here?"
"Yes he is in his office. Come, come in?" to my father he asks, "And you must be?"
"I'm Lucas' father," father answers and walks inside with us. The body guard went in last.
"Master Rayson," the man says who seemed to be the bulter last time I saw him. He knocks on a black door, "Master Rayson? Master Dylan is here?"
The door opens and Rayson appears looking at Dylan and the rest of us, "Dylan where have you been? I been worried sick," I snort at that which made him look at me, "oh Lucas," he looks at Dylan not looking happy he looks back at me, "your here and my boss is too?" he turns back over to Dylan, "I was so worried about you when you didn't even call us where you were?" he went over to Dylan.
"Body guard?" I say. The body guard shielded Dylan from Rayson.
"What is this?"
"That is a body guard we hired so you can't touch Dylan."
He gasps, "What ever for?"
I look over at Dylan who was shaking behind the guard. I look back at Rayson, "Don't give me that crap!" I shout at him.
"How dare you talk to me like that," he turns to my father, "are you going to let your son talk to me like that?"
"He can talk like that if he wants to because frankly you deserve it."
"How dare you two talk to me like that! Carlos show them too the door!"
Before Carlos could get to us the body guard blocked him. I smile back at Rayson.
