"That'll be the reason we want you to come with us, you're unique like us. You belong here." Wrecker smiled at me.

Crosshair and Tech gave me an approving nod.

I sighed, "I've got nothing to loose." I smiled, "let's get out of here."

We walked over to their ship, but something stopped me, a feeling crept onto my shoulder. I saw Rex out of the corner of my eye.

"Rex..." I mumbled quietly, and turned to face him.

He was surprised to see me here, so was Echo. Much to my relief, we did not speak; Echo just wanted to join the bad batch. They welcomed him like an old friend, and I did too. He did not pay much attention to me, but I can't say anything for sure; Rex probably told him some shit about me. I watched as Rex saluted The Bad Batch, and then salute back. I did not feel like I should have saluted, but I did anyway. I smirked as Echo finally turned to talk to me; we began talking as we entered the ship together. We took off shortly after to unknown skies.

*Time skip... It had been a few days since I joined the bad batch, and it has been amazing. I really got to know them, and Echo of course. I had small disagreements with him at times, but nothing more. We definitely gave off a sibling vibe.*

"So about dungeons and dragons..." I was talking to Wrecker, Tech, and anybody else who would listen about DND, or dungeons and dragons.
When we got a mission from the republic; requesting that we pick up some package for them. It was supposed to be a stealth, and grab-and-go type of mission.
Yeah right, missions never turned out that way here. I kind of like that though.

Tech quickly got us to our destination, and we arrived at a shabby looking planet.

"Remember team, this is a grab-and-go mission. Nice and easy, so no blowing things up," Hunter pointed to Wrecker.

"Aww! I hate grab-and-go missions." He moaned.

"No unnecessary risks, and no magic," he pointed to me.

I nodded, and grabbed my cloak, "would you prefer me to accompany you this time, or should I wait here?"

"Come with us," Hunter ordered, "just to be sure nothing goes wrong."

"You've got it Cap," I swung my cloak around my shoulders.
He did remind me of Steve Rogers a little.

We emptied out from the docking port, and filed out in a single line. I kept my hood up, and my daggers closer. You never knew what Vial would try, because this place seemed like somewhere he would strike.

I was very distracted during the transaction, so much so that I had not noticed that Hunter and the Exchanger had gotten into an argument. By the looks of it, it was getting heated quickly. Instinctively I began to walk over, and wait for a signal from Hunter. He gave me a little wave with his index and middle finger; meaning, 'time to intervene.' I smirked, and stepped up to the exchanger, who gulped at my appearance. He was quite a bit shorter than me, making this even more fun. I grabbed him by the collar; the typical offensive.

"Make the deal according to the prescribed terms," I growled at him.

"R-right... Y-You've got a d-deal..." he stuttered, "p-please let me down now!"

Hunter nodded to me, and I let him go. The transaction went much... smoother this time, and they even ended up shaking hands.
We grabbed the package, and started to leave. However, just as we were about to make it to our ship; some people stopped us.

"You can't get past here, we're taking that case." One said, holding his hands out.

He prevented me from moving any further; my mouth curved distastefully.
He's touching me; I clenched my teeth.
I caught an, 'they're so dead,' expression from Tech; who gave me that expression confidently.

"You're going to let us through," I smirked, "or someone's going to get hurt, and I don't want to do that."

"The only person getting hurt is going to be you!" There were six of the fighters in total.

This would be easy pickings; I got in a readied stance. I clenched my fists, and bent my knees.
Time for a fight.
Two lunched themselves at me; which I ducked under, causing them to hit themselves.
Two down, four to go.
Another one tried punching me, but tripped over something. He brought himself in range to lazily, I punched him in the face; easily knocking him flat. Two more launched themselves at me again. I grabbed them by the back of their shirts, and clonked their heads together. The last one punched me straight in the face.
You know that feeling when you punch someone straight in the face, and they don't give a damn? This guy definitely felt like that; I threw him out of the way.

All six of the men retreated, "you'll regret this!"

"Did you have to do that?" Hunter walked up to me once we were moving again.

"Yeah. I don't like to be touched!" I shrugged and smiled.

I caught a smirk from Tech.

Returning the package to the republic was kind of annoying. Because when we got to the rendezvous point, nobody was there. This rendezvous point was someone's house, so we left it there for them. Only to be greeted by them on their way back home, and reassured of their republic status.
Such a hassle for a simple package, didn't they know they were going to receive a package?

"Well that's another successful mission for us guys!" I smiled once we were on the ship.

"Have we ever failed?" Crosshair cocked his head to the side.

I laughed, "I suppose not."
