Chapter Text

Clarisse was hosting another party that night, with more students present than the start of the year party. The hockey team's schedule showed a match tomorrow night. Not that Annabeth kept tabs or anything. Urg. No, the blonde was not paying attention, far from it. She was living her best single life; misery was just a part of it.

Dressed in a purple iridescent dress Annabeth swore she'd never wear out in public; the blonde had just entered the mansion searching for her friends in the crowd. What was she doing here in the first place? Crossing the halls alone, her shoes clacking on the marble floor to the sound of music. She'd removed them in a second. Dolled up in irresistible flowy waves, her hair and makeup had been impeccable, the shiny glow of revenge smeared on her lips. Maybe rub it in? The house was as she remembered it from last time. Red cups, blasting music, people dancing in the living room.

Seeing his smug smile on the dancing floor with Dean, Annabeth's curiosity was peaked. Swaying stupidly to a sexy pop anthem with his teammates, her stomach turned. A growing ache in her belly, Annabeth's tights clamped shut while her eyes followed his moves. His hips were gyrating, amusing the crowd, the same ones that had rocked her senseless only a week ago. Biting her lip as a reminder to keep going, Annabeth's breath caught up.

She hated him now. It wasn't for a few casual fucks and cuddles that she would fall for a guy, especially not her sworn enemy. She much preferred those lies to the unbarring reality of his rejection. At this second, Annabeth would rather falter to the ground than admit just how handsome he looked tonight. She cursed herself moving her eyes away from the sea creature.

"Why so red?" Clarisse asked Annabeth noting the girl watching from the wall. She had been caught getting flushed. Breathing in and out deeply, the blonde tried thinking of something else entirely. "Tonight, everyone is getting torched!" Clarisse's laughter was contagious, but the only part of Annabeth's body craving for a burn was her pussy. She desperately needed it to get on fire by sheer force of an untouchable body. Images of such soreness teased her inner self.

The two girls passed by the closet she was first taken in; Annabeth saw Clarisse opening the door of the wicked memory.

"Our maid found a white pair of panties in the closet last week, thankfully she didn't tell my parents, or else I'd get busted." Her laughter covered for the uncomfortable chill that ran through Annabeth's back. "They reminded me of the ones you got last year" Annabeth eyes widened. Her hands slipped to her hips. Sweat was building under her palms. "You know the super lacy and pearlescent". The blonde nodded her head in comprehension. The lesser words, the better the world. Clarisse didn't catch her agitation, so it seemed.

"Annabeth received a pair of lacy panties for her birthday last year?" Leo joked from behind. He was already drunk from the looks of it. His brown locks all messed up and red lips swollen from all the alcohol. As always, he was in a fun mood.

"Yeah, Piper bought them as a joke." Clarisse reiterated. Annabeth's eyes searched for an exit, some girls had caught the sentence and were currently looking at the trio.

"Wasn't there a rumor Percy was getting it in the closet at your party?" A girl asked the bulky blonde like they hadn't just stumbled into a web of lies. Why was Annabeth's world crumbling suddenly? Why was Clarisse raising her eyes at her? Her breath laid bare on her throat, her body stiffened.
