What we're researching: What impact does a healthy diet have?

What's new: What does the concept of "diet" include?

What we will learn: What role does healthy eating play in a diet?

1. A healthy lifestyle, including a healthy diet, can help people achieve and maintain good health and reduce the risk of chronic disease at all stages of life  *

3. Healthy diet. It's good that more people are realizing the importance of health, trying to "maintain good health and reduce the risk of chronic disease at all stages of life" by adopting a healthy diet. It is these people who are the basis of any family, workplace, society, and state. After all, we also don't have to put extra deposits on our beautiful bodies and gain weight to understand what it means to be healthy and in good shape. However, the true meaning of diet includes the entire lifestyle, not just a healthy eating pattern, and we will talk about this in the next chapter.

4. Resolve to be healthy and fit. Now you need to decide to change your diet. As we see, three Authoritative organizations, the US Department of Agriculture, the US Department of Health and Human Services, and the World Health Organization direct our attention to a healthy diet as a prevention of overweight and obesity, as well as the prevention of non-communicable diseases associated with it.  But nutrition is only one of the fragments in the prevention of overweight and obesity, as well as the prevention of non-communicable diseases associated with this (fr. 3. II. 4).

5. Summary. Healthy eating is, in fact, just one fragment of a diet that helps prevent weight gain while at the same time reducing the risk of chronic diseases and thus promoting health at all stages of life.
