23 - A DATE TO REMEMBER
After coming back home from the ice-cream shop, Stephen decided to spend the rest of the day together. I told him that it was fine and that he should go back to writing since I've deleted all his progress today but he said that he was able to recover it and that made me feel slightly better.
It was noon and we were at the couch, cuddling, when I remembered the baby names. I immediately stood up and turned to Stephen, "Stay here. I'll be back in a second."
I quickly walked towards the library, where I last left my notebook with the baby names. I picked it from Stephen's table and went back.
"What's that?" Stephen asked when I was back on the couch, cuddled against his warm chest. I love his chest.
"It's a notebook, duh." I told him teasingly.
Stephen chuckled and kissed the tip of my nose.
"I know that princess. What I meant was what is in the notebook and why do you have to go and get it?"
"Well, earlier, I decided that I would go and search the net for possible baby names and I listed all the names that I liked. I already have it narrowed down to five each gender and I would like you to help me choose what sunshine's name would be."
"Oh. Let's see it then."
I opened the notebook and showed him the baby names. I've got Abigail, Sophia, Samantha, Jennifer and Hannah for the girls and Brooklyn, Daniel, Austin, Luke and Christopher for the boys.
"Well, what do you think?" I asked him.
"Hmmm, well to be honest, I don't really like the names for the boy."
"What? How can you not like them?"
"They seem pretty lame to me."
"No they are not!" I replied indignantly.
"Yes they are."
"Are not!"
Stephen sighed and said, "How about this? I'll let you pick the name if it's a girl and I will pick the name if it is a boy."
I thought about it.
"Hmmm, okay, fine. Just make sure they are not stupid names like Hunter and Xavier. I mean who even names their kid after someone who kills animals?"
Stephen laughed and pecked my lips.
"Yeah, yeah. Now kiss me. I've been going low on your kisses lately."
"I wonder whose fault is that?" I said with eyebrows raised.
His face immediately fell. I chuckled and kissed his wonderful lips.
"Just kidding babe. Now where were we?"

The next day, I woke up with someone breathing down my neck. I turned a little and saw that it was Stephen, snoring lightly. Well, this is definitely a nice surprise. I didn't expect him to be still here beside me when I wake up.
Stephen stirred and slowly opened his eyes. He yawned and rubbed the sleep out of his eyes.
"Good morning babe." I said with a small smile.
He smiled in return and said in a sexy, husky voice, "Morning princess."
He then proceeded to give me my morning kiss that definitely took my breath away.
