24 - MY WORST NIGHTMARE

"So he took me to McDonald's." I said.

It has been almost a week after our magnificent date and I still can't stop smiling about it. Of course, the one time it slipped while I was talking with Denn lead to the inevitable grilling of me courtesy of the girls. We are now in a coffee shop and all my girls are present, listening to my amazing date. I was just getting to the part where Stephen took me to McDonald's. Of course, I didn't tell them about our garden. It's our secret.

"What?! He took you to McDonlad's?! Oh he's a scumbag! If I have known that he will bring you there for your date, I would have said something more classier when he asked me." Denn said indignantly.

"You should totally ditch him." Pauly added.

"I mean who takes a girl to McDonald's for a date?" Cara said with a roll of her eyes.

"Oh, will you please all shut your traps? I'm not finished telling the story aren't I?" I said with a glare.

"You heard the girl. Now shut up people." Rachel said.

"Anyways, before I was so rudely interrupted, he took me to McDonald's but I find it weird because all the lights are turned off and there's nobody there. I mean, does McDonald's even close? So I told Stephen exactly that, but he just ignored me and we continued going towards the place. When we reached the entrance, a guy in uniform opened the door and said 'Welcome to McDonald's' and that's when I saw it. All the tables and chairs are cleared up except for the one in the middle and all lights are turned off. There are candles on the table that serves as the only source of light and suddenly, I heard soft music start from somewhere."

"Awww, that's so cute!" Rihanne squealed, yet again interrupting me.

"Does McDonald's even allow things like that?" Rachel asked me.

"Well, I don't know. Stephen must've paid the restaurant a big amount of money for them to let him do that. We all know how everyone loves money." I answered.

"Back to the story. So we ordered burgers and fries and sundaes and chatted while eating. You should've seen the place. It looked so romantic, bathed in a soft glow from the candles. After we ate, Thousand Years suddenly came up and that's when Stephen asked me to dance." I said dreamily, the last part coming out as a squeal.

Of course, the girls also squealed.

"We danced and danced and danced until my back hurt and my ankles became swollen. We rested for a while before Stephen paid for our bill and when we're about to go out, the same guy that opened the door for us came forwards with a beautiful bouquet of flowers and then he said 'Thank you for coming to McDonald's. Please come again.' then he handed me the beautiful flowers."

We all sighed dreamily after my narration.

"I take back what I said. You should totally keep Stephen. Or you could just give him to me." Pauly said.

I glared in her direction. "Stephen is mine, so hands off."

"Chill woman. I'm just kidding." Pauly replied.

"You should know better than messing with a pregnant woman in love." Denn said with a teasing glint in her eyes.

"Speaking of women in love. How's Chad Rihanne?" I asked suddenly remembering the guy that Rihanne likes. And I won't even bothering denying I'm in love because first, it's true and second, they won't believe me.

Rihanne turned a lovely shade of red before stuttering, "W-what?"

"Oh, stop acting dumb. You know whom we mean." Pauly said.
