While Stephanie and I were getting me ready, Dej stepped in and told me she was leaving with—can you guess ?

I swear they're not even hiding it anymore. They're going to 'explore LA' since Jake and I are going on a date. SO FUCKING OBVIOUS!! I just said alright and told her to be safe and text me when she makes it back. Meanwhile I was headed back out to get in the celebrity escort truck back to the hotel to meet up with Jake, with my mini Jake of course. I haven't let this bear out of my sight since Stephanie gave him to me. It's so cute and such a thoughtful gift.

As we arrived near the hotel I felt butterflies in my stomach. I swear I was gonna puke if we pulled up and Jake was outside. My body heated up and my hands started shaking. I honestly hate seeing Jake sometimes after not seeing him or if I'm dressed up nice. I hate what he does to me I mean look at me right now—

Dressed better than a piece of fresh gold, smelling better than a rich auntie, skin is shining with the inky art popping like black and white contrast and the face has never been an issue. I look like a piece of freshly baked golden bread, lightly buttered with steamed coming from it— and I'm nervous because of some white man.

Jake is the only man who can strip me of my confidence from just the thought of his presence. Yet the second he looks at me I'm conflicted and I feel like the sexiest woman alive. He just throws everything about me out of wack.

The vehicle stopped and the driver assured me that Jake would be down soon but I couldn't wait. I told him not to worry and that I would go get him myself. If I don't get out of here I'm gonna die of anticipation. I grabbed my things, my mini Jake and headed inside to go up to get Jake. It's 8 p.m and yet somehow the lobby has a nice amount of people just conversing and sitting around. A lot of heads turned as I strutted through the lobby and to the elevator and the sudden

At the elevator I waited patiently for it to come down and when it finally did I stepped inside, turning on my right foot to press the button. Before it closes completely a hand comes from the other side and stops the doors.

"In a rush aren't you ?" A guy came inside with me.

"Nope, you were just slow" I tease him. "Going up ?"

"8, and I guess you might have a point. I was too busy watching you walk over here that I couldn't get up quick enough"

Oh goodness. I pressed his floor and acknowledged the comment he made. "Watching me huh ? Creepy"

"I don't mean it like that. You just look really good is all"

Jake calls me beautiful. Tighten up buddy. "Thank you very much"

"Being dressed all nicely, I take it you're going or coming back from somewhere pretty important"

"Maybe, maybe not. Maybe I just like dressing nicely to walk around"

"Fashionable ? Nice. Cute bear"

"Thanks, it was a gift"

The elevator doors opened for him to get off but I knew he wouldn't just go with nothing else said.
