It was early in the morning and normally Kaeden would be out there working out, but his routine was disrupted when he was keeping Bonnie company. Speaking of the Bennett Witch, she's cuddling with the Chadwick Hybrid and he snoozed for awhile until the sun shined on his face, caused him to stir in his sleep.
He awoke and feels Bonnie still sleeping, causing him to smirk. "Hey, Bon Bon, time to wake up." Bonnie's eyes fluttered and looked at the time. It was almost 7:00am. Currently 6:55am. "I smell coffee brewing and..." something else caught his attention. A familiar smell. He hadn't smelled that in two years. And it's not only... two lycans at his doorstep. He smiles and gently woke her up.
Bonnie shook her head and open her eyes. "Who's here?"
"You'll see. Come on." Bonnie followed him downstairs closely, wondering who can be here. As they come down, man and a teenage boy who is of the same age as Kaeden is here. Both are black and they are lycans.
Above all though, they're his family.
"Uncle Omari, hey!" Kaeden hugged his uncle.
"Aye, what's up big man?" Omari is Tobias' younger brother and lives in Louisiana, Baton Rouge. He owns his own gym and has started his own pack there. He's one of the few lycans that doesn't believe in this whole blood purity shit.
Next to him is his cousin, Anton Chadwick. Two are as thick as thieves when they're in Baton Rouge. Getting into all sorts of craziness. "Aye what's good?"
"Not much. Same old same old." Anton replied before eying Bonnie. "Who's that?"
Kaeden looks back, and sees Bonnie waving at them. "Hi. I'm Bonnie. Bonnie Bennett."
"So you're my cousin's girlfriend, huh?" Anton asked, giving Kaeden a knowing a look.
"Hey now, we're taking it slow." Kaeden made sure they know that and also tells them. "And she knows what I am because she's a witch." And of course he asked. "What brings y'all here?"
"Well when we heard that your dad was heading back into the war zone, we figured we check in on you both." Omari said. "Also Kmelia, you do know that..."
"I'm aware, Omar. I know the national park like the back of my hand. Kaeden can stay."
"Sorry you couldn't come mom."
"Me too, baby. But Omar here is gonna company me and in the meantime you and Anton make sure you're in the control. "
Both boys sigh and nod. They've been through this time and time again. "Trust me, ma. We got this."

Kaeden and Anton were playing basket ball with Tyler and Matt. This is the first time Kaeden's cousin meeting them. Anton had talked about moving to Mystic Falls, but his dad had no desire to let his son be in this town.
