While Kaeden was working out in his room, he hears his phone ring. "Hey Ty." He picks up the phone knowing who it is.
"Hey, so Mason is looking for the moonstone. I lied, saying I don't know where it is. Cause when I asked him why he needed, I kinda can't tell if he's lying or being dodgy."
"I have an idea." Kaeden replied. "Seeing as my mom was invited to dinner by Jenna, imma tag along and see why he wants it."
"He'll just lie to you." Tyler pints out.
"I know. But I having something that no werewolves have. Only lycans do. Just stay put. I don't want you anywhere near Damon or Stefan right now. I don't trust those two right now."
"Alright. I still can't believe I have to kill someone in order for the gene to activate this." Tyler wished there was another way. He really does.
"Well there might be. I spoke with a witch that new my uncle. Once I turn 20, my ability to infect humans and werewolves with lycanthropy will activate. So you and your uncle should try and stay alive. Besides I'm thinking of starting my own pack anyhow." Kaeden figured with vampires like Damon and Katherine lurking about, you never know.
"Which you will be in two years." Tyler added. "And if what you told me about Damon is true, I'm practically helpless against him. I'm freaking out a bit."
"Would you calm your tan ass down for a minute. I'll make sure he doesn't fuck with you. And if he tries, he's dead." Kaeden assured him. "Now imma call you back tonight." He hangs up and puts on a black long sleeve sweat shirt, with dark blue jeans and black sneakers.
While his mom wore a long sleeve white shirt with light blue jeans. It's been awhile since she's even been to the Gilbert Residence. She's been friends with Miranda Gilbert. She was sad that she died. It be good to go see Jenna. She knows Damon would be there, but Kaeden will be there too.

Elena and Jenna are in the kitchen. "Thanks for letting me invite Caroline. She could use a day of distraction."
"Well, she's not the plus one I'm worried about. Why is Damon coming?" Jenna asked, wondering why the one person she does not like is coming.
"Because Alaric is a pity taker. Come on Jenna, be nice."

Soon enough, Kamila and Kaeden arrived. "Hey everyone! I brought some tender brisket, country-style ribs, and a potato salad."
"I'm so grateful you're from Texas." Jenna has always loved Kamila's cooking.
