Kaeden couldn't believe Mason Lockwood is werewolf. He wondered how that happened. Either way, he told his mom and she's willing to talk to him about being in town. About finding a place to transform.
Anyways, he loves Carnivals. So he, along with a few others are preparing for the Mystic Falls High School Carnival. He's also with Bonnie and Elena, are taking care of everything. All the while talking about Katherine. Which is still a shock to Marcus because he's never met a vampire that looked so much like Elena. It was just like starring into a mirror.
Again, the only difference to Kaeden was her vampire scent and she has curly hair, whereas Elena is human and has straight hair.
"Katherine looked just like you, it was freakish." Bonnie expressed.
Elena figured. "She is my ancestor."
"It's possible. After all, it is in the genes one's characteristics. Some of the similar appears could be their physical features or just their facial expressions. Maybe the same nose or ears, hair color or style, such as curly. Some of these similarities can be almost scary, like a person from the past living today." The two girls look at Kaeden oddly. "I looked it up last night. Cause I was puzzled by it. And it's not just that she looked like you, her voice sound exactly like yours." Kaeden told Elena.
"Wired. "Hey, I moved the student booth into the cafeteria."
Bonnie continued. "Your vampire ancestor and she didn't just resemble you like a family member would. She was you."
"Not entirely. She's bold. Confident. A bit seductive. But yeah, she's not entirely Elena." Marcus pointed out.
"I don't know, I can't explain it. It's creepy, that's all I got." Elena expressed.
Bonnie wondered though. "How do you know she's not still out there pretending to be you?"
"Relax. She would have a daylight amulet on her. And she has curly hair where's Elena here has straight hair. So I'm sure it's easy to figure who's who."
Elena nodded. "Thanks and I don't but I could sit here and be tortured by the not-knowing or I could get these prizes to the ring toss."
Bonnie wanted to ask her about something. About last night between Jeremy and Damon. "Have you talk to Damon since he killed Jeremy or tried to kill Jeremy?" That was new to Kaeden.
Elena replied. "No Bonnie, I haven't and I won't and I don't want to talk about Damon or anything else that's vampire related okay?" She gives a bag full of plush to Bonnie. "I'm human. And I have to do human stuff. Otherwise, I'm going to go crazy."
"Okay, I'm sorry, I'll focus. We have to make Caroline proud or she will kill us."
Kaeden was with Bonnie on that one. "Yes please do. Because that girl will chew our ears up. Man, I don't know how she does all of this."
