Chapter 20

SORT OF FIGHTING 

(repost because I noticed a lot more errors than normal, still will not be updating during Ramadan) 

Kakashi ignored them and pulled out a timer and 3 bento boxes all tied up. "You guys have until this timer goes off to get the bells." Just as he finished those words all three had gotten up and split to hide. Kakashi hummed a tune as he pulled out a small book, flipped to a random page and began to read it.

Only 2 minutes in and already he could feel one of them approaching him. They are running quickly to his direction; it was only for a second but that was enough time for Kakashi to figure out that it was Naruto who was running towards him. He glanced up from his book, noticing that Naruto had a kunei in his right hand. Approaching headfirst is a bad idea.

Kakashi refocused his attention on his book while he waited for Naruto to get closer. "I got you now, Sensei!" Naruto yelled triumphantly as he drew his hand back to attack. In a flash Kakashi shut his book, shifted over to Naruto's left and grabbed his right hand. He moved the weapon away from him and used this to throw Naruto off guard, and face planted him to the ground.

Kakashi brought down Naruto's right hand close to the back of his neck, letting the kunei's tip lightly press against. "And that Naruto is how you would die if you were in a real world situation. I hope your teammates are paying close attention." As he said this, he looked back behind him. His attention solely focused on two different areas of the training field.

He was not a leader of the ANBU for nothing that's for sure. Sasuke watched carefully from the trees as Kakashi looked away and released Naruto, who scrambled back to his feet glaring at Kakashi. "You did not need to face plant me to the ground to prove that."

Kakashi replied back to him like he was talking to a child as he pulled out that weird book of his again. "If I don't do that, you will never learn." He then proceeded to throw the kunei out into the field.

He thinks this all some kind of stupid game, all three of them had got on to that pretty quickly. To say they were annoyed was an understatement, because they were told not to eat anything before coming. Hunger was setting in pretty quickly.

And Naruto has made it his mission to get that bell quickly so he could eat. He backed off a few feet before summoning 3 shadow clones and charging back at Kakashi.

So, he really can do the shadow clone now. Sakura was surprised by what she saw, and Sasuke was impressed that Naruto could even summon 3. "I'm going to get you now!" yelled the 3 Narto's.

"Iruka, what is it that you want to speak to me about?" Lord Hokage asked. Iruka was obviously bothered by something, and he had no hesitation in speaking about them.

"I will not try to intervene on Hatakes role as their teacher. What I care about is why he is part of the ANBU if they do not impress him. He will not teach them." Lord Hokage simply got up and poured some tea for them to drink. He took a long sip before answering "His name is Kakashi, and to be quite honest he has been assigned to train a team before."

Iruka was surprised to hear this. "Just one, what happened to them?" Lord Hokage tried to answer him but stopped for a moment thinking. "Well to be honest it was more than one team squad, but..."

Iruka raised his eyebrows waiting for Lord Hokage to continue. He took a deep sigh, like he was preparing himself to hear Iruka yelling once he was done speaking. "All of them failed and were sent back to the academy, even those who were close to grabbing the bell."
