Three, four hours later we finally had landed in Jamaica and I was more than ready to start acting out cause why everybody so active at midnight.
I ain't never been in Kingston after midnight so I ain't know people were outside like this.
"Soo what we supposed to go now?"
"We supposed to stand here and wait for my cousin" Shania couldn't stop going on and on about being scared and shit cause she couldn't understand them.
Some of them were loud and sounded aggressive when they spoke but it's only cause she can't understand them for real for why she scared that these niggas bout to a shoot out or something.
They could obviously tell was not born and raised here so the amount of stares were crazy but I obviously had to let it slide cause that's just what they do.
Setty just had a stone cold face and not making eye contact with no matter and if he did this nigga would stare til somebody looked away.
I seen silver car finally pull up to where all pick ups are supposed to park, she got out the car I pulled my suitcase up to where she was at so I could her the biggest hug.
"Wahum Leilani?" She said as we pulled away from the hug.
"Every things good" I nodded "you?"
"Same old same old" she shrugged "these your friends?"
I looked back to see Setty standing with his arm around Shania "yeah Setty, Shania meet my cousin Sabrina".
Shania gave her wave and Setty nodded at her "why you ain't teach the boy manners? Him can't speak?"
"He can, he's just stand-offish with people he doesn't know" Sabrina shook her head and murmured things under her breath, I walked towards her trunk and began to put our luggages in there.
Setty closed the trunk so I made my way to the passenger seat so Setty and Shania could sit in the back "do you know if any restaurants are open at this time?"
"Yeah plenty of them are open, ya friend like seafood?"
I turned to look at them at Setty cause I don't know what he be eating, me and Shania eat anything "yea".
With that answer Sabrina drove off to the nearest seafood restaurant that she could think of, I had to wind down my window so I could look outside.
