"Yes Carmen I'm coming back" I repeated for the one hundredth time since she done asked the question cause she claim that she don't believe me but I don't know what else she wants cause she knows I be sticking to my word.
"Okay Imma just say that I believe you" she muttered "you bringing anyone special?"
"Do you want me to?" She really don't know what she's asking for cause I'll for real bring the whole lot of them.
"Yess girl so we can have a lil family gathering!" She suggested as she got all hyped up.
"Okay Imma bring them with me remember the 5th of August is when I'm coming down" as I said that I made sure to write in my calendar.
"I gotta go cause MyMy just woke up" she sighed.
"Okay love you both" I moved the phone away from my ear and put it on speaker.
"Aw we love you too" with that the call ended and I was kinda nervous for Kay to meet everyone cause I know they're gonna be judging the hell outta him.
We still got time since nearing July so I guess after allat shit is really bout to go down, taking the cover off my body I got up and went downstairs to go tell him about our plan for August as well us planning our next trip to Jamaica.
Watching into the living room/ kitchen area I seen him smoking as he leaned on the kitchen island table, dragging my feet towards he lifted up his head and opened up his arms so I could give him a hug.
As I looked up at him a placed a kiss on my lips "how you feel about meeting my family?"
"Why you all of sudden want me to meet ya family?" and here his ass go probably thinking it's cause he got me a promise ring.
"Because they're having a family gathering? So you gon come with me or not?" He brought his spliff to his lips as he nodded his head.
"Yea" he finally answered "you bringing Setty and them witchu?"
"Mhm they're basically family" I moved away from him and went to sit on the kitchen island table instead since my body was just sore and tired.
"Aight" he mumbled "so is that what you came down for?"
"Yeah?" I chuckled "I need a reason to come downstairs or some?"
"Nah a nigga asking if that's all you wanted" he stood in between my legs and pulled my body down so we could be right up in each other's grill.
