Let Me Explain

Deku smiled as he held Ochaco in his arms, watching the Allmight movie as he thought about his future children. He could love a baby that looked like Katsuki, right? He wasn't a monster. It was just a baby.. He liked to think that he would love anything that came out of Ochaco but he was scared he would harm Katsuki's baby without meaning to. Maybe she needed her dad, her biological dad to even the scales.. No, that was ridiculous. By the time the babies were born, Katsuki would be long dead. Deku had killed the bitch who had been making Ochaco ask questions, now he could focus solely on killing Kacchan. He had to. He was a threat to his position in his family. Right? He couldn't be going soft. He needed to keep his position towards the top of the crime world of Musutafu, he couldn't do that if he was coparenting with the number one hero. For the love of God he was sure he had killed fathers before. It wasn't like he was going to kill the baby, he would love it like his own. He looked at Ochaco with a smile.

"I love you." he murmured, he couldn't believe there had been a time he had thought he was capable of killing her, mutilating her, now he felt guilty when he made her cry

"I love you." she replied, smiling at him weakly as she rested her head in his lap and he smiled, running his fingers through her hair and humming softly to her. He pressed a hand to her flat stomach with a sigh.

"Did you schedule a sonogram?"

"No uh.. I was too rattled." She murmured "I'll call tomorrow though, okay."

"Okay." he smiled "I just.. I can't wait to see them! O-or am I allowed to go?"
"Yeah. I think all three of us can go." she murmured

Deku huffed, but he forced a smile and nodded "wonderful!"

The fact that he didn't argue, that he wasn't upset about the situation, gave her pause, but she didn't want to challenge him. She was still scared of him.

Her heart sank as she heard her phone ringing and answered it to see Mina's picture, she huffed, answering it with a fake smile.

"Hey Ashido, how are you?"

"So.. Dynamite seems pissy."

Ochaco's smile fell "yeah.. Uh. He got some bad news today."

"Not what I heard."

"Oh well.. What did you hear?"

"That he's having a baby, and I know you two were close and I was wondering if-"

Ochaco sighed, "I'm having Katsuki's baby."

Mina grinned "Oh I knew it! How is that bad news?"

Ochaco thought about lying, but she didn't want to hurt Katsuki to make herself look better and the truth would get out soon enough

"Because I'm having twins.. And Katsuki is only the father of one of them."

Mina frowned, that was out of character for Ochaco. She had always seemed like a one man type of lady.

"Wh-what happened?"

"I.. was messing around. Wasn't paying attention. Got pregnant."

Mina frowned, she didn't believe it. "Who is the second father?"

"You don't know him."

"Try me."

She really wasn't going to cease was she? She was going to find out anyway..

"Deku. The father of my second child is Deku."

Mina's blood ran cold, had Ochaco been attacked? "The villain who put Katsuki in the hospital and kidnapped you?"
