It was weird seeing Deku like this holding Ochako's hand as they looked at the ultrasound. Those were their babies in there. Bakugo had spent the past few months thinking he was a monster, but now, seeing him with Ochako, Bakugo was less sure.
"Congratulations Ms. Uraraka, Mr. Bakugo and Mr. Midoriya you have two healthy baby girls."
Deku's free hand went up to wipe his eyes, "two healthy baby girls!" He cooed, kissing Ochako and hugging her close "Inko and Tsuna!"
Katsuki nodded with a soft smile "Yep. Has a nice ring to it, doesn't it?"
Deku beamed "It does, Kacchan."
Ochako just stared at the screen, her two perfect little girls all squished up inside of her. "I guess we waited a while to get in for one of these, huh?"
"Yeah." The doctor replied "but they're healthy so no harm done."
Deku nodded "I have been monitoring their health with some home made gadgets." Deku said softly "All three of them."
"Well your gadgets must be very well made."
Deku nodded "Only the best for my girls."
Bakugo bristled at that but he let it go as Ochako grabbed his hand and gave it a little squeeze.
"Our girls." Ochako said softly
Deku nodded, with a slight roll of his eyes "right. Our girls." He huffed
Ochako smiled at him and gave him a kiss
"Do you want to take pictures of your babies home?"
Ochako nodded her head with a smile "Can you give one to us and one to Katsuki?"
The doctor nodded, printing off the pictures and sighing.
"Congratulations you three!"
"Thank you." They all replied.
"So should we head to your baby shower?" Deku asked softly
Ochako nodded her head "I would like that." She murmured, looking at her boyfriend and kissing him softly Deku smiled as he drove them back to Momo's house.
"Are you sure you want me to come with you?"
"Of course I am, you're the babies' father."
Deku nodded "I just-"
Ochako grabbed his hand gently and sighed "Please."
Deku nodded his head at that, he always had a hard time saying no to her, so hand in hand they went to the baby shower together. All of the girls were smiley and friendly. Tsu went and hugged Ochako gently, and she cried tears of joy.
"Tsu! Oh I'm so happy to see you."
Tsu nodded, her hand resting on Ochako's belly gently "I'm happy to see you too." She replied with a soft smile.
"We're gonna play a game where we guess how round you are using yarn."
Ochako giggled "Okay."
Momo smiled "Come sit, and we'll uh. We'll play some games and than we'll do cake and presents!"
Ochako beamed "Okay. Thank you Momo. I really mean it you guys! Thank you for this! I can't believe you're doing all of this for me!
"Of course we are. You're our friend! We'll be here no matter what you decide."
Ochako nodded her head with a soft smile "I hope so." Her voice was soft and Deku grinned at her, kissing her head.

The rest of the pregnancy went off without a hitch. Ochako's parents and friends came around, and Deku began to work on turning his act around too. The real shift in him happened when the twins were born, and Deku remembered why he had once been so dead set on leaving the world in better condition than he had found it.
Bakugo came to terms with coparenting, and even coped with Himiko Toga Gentle Criminal and La Brava baby sitting his kids. Everyone was happy, and everyone loved those kids.
