*The very next day on the base after debriefing* ~Third Person's POV~ After everyone was debriefed on what their target was going to be like today it was an air strike on Norway and the previous night after the party Buck Cleven was writing a stack of letters for his sweetheart and Andrea was doing the same thing hoping that he wouldn't have to read it until he had little hope left.

But today Andrea and the other staff went to see them take off this morning Julianna stood beside her sister.

I don't know if my heart can handle him being gone again it's just rare if the whole squadron comes back to base...... I was holding a letter that Buck left he told me not to open it until he leaves for his mission but before Curt and Buck went to their planes Julianna and I both said our goodbyes Julianna took a bit longer their love was real and true I'm sure they wrote a stack of letters for each other. Watching Buck in his plane with his copilot and crew members with Crosby as there navigator Curt had his own plane to fly.
I then felt my sister stand beside me holding my arm in hers I snuck my letters into Buck's coat he knows how much I love him I pray that they all come back safely, Julianna spoke "They'll be alright Andrea I just know it," she was right of course I started fiddling with the promise ring Buck gave me. It's amazing though just to see those planes take off from the runway Julianna took pictures of the men even our guys before heading to their planes.
