*Mini-Chapter*: Can't Help Falling in Love

*On Thorpe Abbotts Base in the woods with Gale and Andrea one morning *
~Nobody's POV~
On Thorpe Abbotts Base with everyone taking time off somewhere in the woods not far from the base one sunny beautiful morning Gale took his wife to there private place where their was privacy when they were done getting dressed for the morning. Andrea and Gale wanted to spend time together before their next mission she knew that her husband wanted to have some intimate time together.

After they both flew missions and briefing her squadron on how they would have to survive by sticking to the squad in charge and not fall behind the stress was on her.

~Major Gale Cleven's POV~

It was peaceful quiet morning my wife and I took a walk to our spot.... I say we both earned a little time together both of us have worked so hard she has two jobs to do and I applaud her for it to I almost forgot about it but she's done well being a CO of the 349th and a nurse from time to time. But once we've made it to our spot I laid out a sheet on the ground so we can get comfortable as well also too but I think it's nice that we're doing this in the morning on our day off.

As we sat down on the sheet Andrea giggled and spoke "Makes me remember when we first started courting," then I opened our picnic basket that the cook and the Red Cross nurses help put together. The two of us talked about the old days before this war started and we talked about the past and how much fun we both had at her family's countryside mansion.

~Lady Andrea's POV~

I'm worried thoughts of him not coming back worried me.... He's just so handsome I don't know how I got so lucky with him but he and I both know we deserve this love between each other then as such happened I sat down on the sheet that Gale stole from the nurse station and he unpacked our picnic basket that Tilly and the cook put together. Then as such happened I spoke "Makes me remember when we first started courting," he smiled at me and handed me a glass of fruit punch and he got our breakfast ready which was delicious looking.

It was our day off today Colonel Harding allowed us to take time off some of the men got passes too London for the day then Gale finished and handed me a paper napkin rose he made it's one of his many talents.

~Major Buck and Andrea's POV~

This moment was perfect between us she laid on the sheet with the sun shining on her body relaxing I laid down beside holding hands with her. It reminded of the last time we did this which was in New York City she's also been busy with being CO of the 349th and a nurse from time to time. She was also everyone's songbird but she was my songbird first Andrea knew that it calms me down anytime we're together as well also too.

It's funny because I remember the first time he said those words too me since I've been busy being a CO of the 349th group with Major Veal and a nurse from time to time as to not startle the men on base they don't take too seriously with a woman in charge. Then with that happening I looked at Gale laying beside me holding my hand his eyes looked beautiful in the sunlight I smiled at him before kissing him.

I then turned my body a little bit and spoke "Do you remember what you said to me after we went on 4 dates together," he looked at me turning his head to me and spoke "I do remember what I said," as I moved myself on top of him.

He looked at me as I was on top of him and spoke "I just can't help falling in love with you," moving strands of hair from my face.
