Nayantara pov
The morning had arrived, with the sun casting a rosy hue across the sky, its warm light enveloping everything. The air was filled with the sounds of birds chirping and children playing, creating a lively atmosphere. Each person was engrossed in their assigned tasks, keeping busy throughout the day.
I was coming out of the royal temple after doing the pooja. When the head lady approached me. She came and greeted me first. Today, She was going to introduce me to the women who worked under the professional jewellers.
Rajgarh was very famous for its thriving jewellery industry, with skilled artisans crafting ornaments of distinct and innovative designs. The demand for jewellery from Rajgarh was exceptionally high, attracting individuals from various corners of the globe for business purposes. In addition to male jewellers, numerous talented women also contributed to the creation of exquisite jewellery pieces.
As we were going towards the meeting area where the women were going to meet me, my gaze fell upon the chief commander, who was going somewhere. Immediately, i remembered the scene from last night. He was walking with two other ministers discussing about something.
"Kumud"
I called out to kumud. Who was walking behind me with Kashmira. The head lady was walking before me at a decent distance guiding me the way.
"Ji"
She said and came beside me.
"Who is he..?"
I asked her looking at the chief commander. Obviously i knew who was him, But i wanted to know more about him because of the last night. He was suspicious!
"Who..? The middle one..?"
She asked, following my gaze looking at the three men going somewhere. I nodded and replied
"Yes."
"He is the chief commander of Rajgarh princess. Senapati Jayveer."
She replied.
"Tell me more about him."
I said, still looking at the man.
"Umm.... He is chief commander and very strong, not only strong but very loyal to Rajgarh. He works here from a very long time. His father was also a one of the minister. He and his father were very devoted to our late former king. But sadly his father and our former king died on the same day in the attack!"
My eyes widened from the last sentence she uttered. And i instantly looked at her for the confirmation and she was looking serious.
A lot of questions started popping in my brain.
From the information i got from Kumud and the way she said that he and his father were very loyal to Rajgarh and kakasa, it was clear that he was not involved in the attack as his father was also one of the victim who died in the attack.
But then why would he meet someone secretly at the late hour of the night. And the letter? What was written in that letter?
If he was not involved it meant he knew something related to the attack or he was hiding something.I made up my mind to keep an eye on him closely. Whatever it was, i must find it!
All day i was busy in the work meeting people discussing about the work, and listening to people's problems. As i was going to be the queen, it was my duty.
It was the night time and i was sitting in my balcony area admiring the dark night sky. A crescent moon with a lot of stars shone in the pitch dark sky. My hairs flowing gently because of the cool breeze.
